Atrocious customer service/scam
Atrocious customer service. I have waited months for my VVIP package pictures promised. When I sent an inquiry no reply. Sent another no reply. Messaged them on Instagram nothing. Sent in a form via their official page nothing. I have requested a refund at this stage since it's almost been a year since the concert and haven't received my photos. The first refund request I didn't get a reply to sent another one today, but with this track record I doubt I'll get any replies. Don't buy tickets or additional services packages from them. They are a borderline scam.

They treat their paying customers like they are bad children rather than the ones literally paying to be there. Extremely disrespectful to the fans and often the artist. They also started changing policies after purchasing and over charging. They used to be a decent tour company but now they are just trying to squeeze as much money out of fans as they can.
It was my first time buying tickets…
It was my first time buying tickets from them, I started at around 3P.M. because the time advertised was 4P.M. CEST, but then timezones changed and it was supposed to be 3P.M. CET. They never clarified it. So, I joined 1 hour queue. After that 1 hour queue for tickets, the page refreshed and brought me to main page instead of to buy tickets... and I did that through their website. I was redirected there, waited for 1hr for nothing. Had to find another website to buy the tickets. I accidently overpaid due to language barrier. Then when I tried buying tickets for VVIP benefits on their website, I was already pasting my credit card info and then I got a window say "Sold out", even though its been few minutes since the sale started. Other people had pre-sale and it said sold out, but they said they would restock it so I thought I would have a chance. I did, but it was taken from my cart when I was about to pay.. mind you other websites do not do that... like p1harmonyvip.com or 82hello, they reserve benefits at least for 2 minutes. Here tho? They dont care. Some people even paid and didn't get them. Some people didn't get it because payment process took long. Ridiculous. I never felt so stressed in my life buying tickets.. whole experience was ruined.. not to mention miscommunication with whole ticket announcements, false times, then also changing times, informing last minute on their Instagram stories. Not even coming forward with a statement now.

If I could I would rate zero stars. Trying to buy p1harmony concert tickets for Europe was the worst experience ever, and I end up with nothing. The disorganization and miscommunication were on another level. Small venues even If the demand was super high, unclear or not existent infos about the tickets, different prices than the one that were announced, also people who thought that their purchase end up well but in the end got no tickets, VIP tickets who were already sold out just because of you awful early access policy. You better change your whole organization couse like this it's a complete mess

I’m not the only one thinking that Studiopav should never organize a Kpop concert like EVER again. They’re straight up scamming people by adding 30-50€ taxes at the checkout, giving out tickets for the wrong city, and not even replying to anyone’s email. They just don’t care! They knew how many fans were looking forward to the Europe tour but stayed with the same small venues and capacity when the US stops were given arenas. So of course the tickets would be sold out in seconds leaving many many fans upset and without tickets.
I just know this will be my last concert with Studiopav, never ever again!

So ziemlich alles ist schief gelaufen. Der Ticketverkauf ist nach dem Deutschen und Französischen Gesetz illegal aufgrund der Art und Weise wie die Tickets verkauft wurden sind. Auch die mangelnde Informationen über die Tickets und die Venues. Die Venues sind außerdem viel zu klein für eine so bekannte Gruppe wie P1harmony. Ebenfalls wurden die Preise der Tickets online auf der Instagram Seite zu einem falschen Preis angezeigt. Sehr viele die ihre Tickets gekauft haben, haben keine bekommen oder welche für eine andere Stadt. Die Uhrzeit des Ticketverkaufs wurde ebenfalls nicht ausführlich angegeben und die Zeitumstellung in Europa wurde nicht berücksichtigt.
Schlechter Veranstalter, mit tut P1harmony leid und ich werde in Zukunft keine Tickets oder Konzerte mehr über Studiopav kaufen und besuchen.

That was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had buying concert tickets. Studiopav made completely wrong decisions regarding the size of the concert venues. P1Harmony could easily fill venues three or four times bigger. So why would you choose a hall that only fits around 4,500 people for a band like that?
The ticket purchase process didn’t work at all either. Everything was sold out after just five seconds. After the seating chart finally loaded and I was able to click on seats, I got kicked out of the system and couldn’t add them to my cart. From that moment on, it kept saying the tickets were no longer available. An absolute disaster.
I’m really disappointed. I wish I’d never have to buy tickets through Studiopav again. It’s such a shame to see so little respect towards the band and the fans, and that they don’t even respond to criticism, release a statement, or try to come up with a better solution.

They doesn't even deserve that one star. It was just such a chaos (P1harmony Ticket sale), no Organisation, ignoring our wishes and making it unfair for us. It was just the worst sale I've ever got.

This stupid experience almost makes me like Ticketmaster bro. Have some respect for p1won and p1eces.
Overcharge UK customers
They overcharge UK customers by charging £1 = 1€. They never respond to any emails or enquiries. For one tour they did, they charged UK fans more for less benefits. Shameful and unprofessional company. They also often announce tours without seemingly having confirmed the venues themselves.

Be careful shopping in this site cause if you are not careful during the sales they charge the page where you are.
I ended up buying tickets for another show which i cannot attend because it’s in two days on the other side of the world (Santiago de Chile), instead of the one I was trying to get tickets for (London).
Impossible to reach the vendor, the mails and number that they provide result not existent.
Terrible
The venues they chose for germany are way too small for a group as big as P1harmony, the ticket prices were different than announced and the website glitched making it almost impossible to obtain tickets. This was my first ticket war and im very dissapointed.
