On the early morning of 02/02/2026,. I was playing Ten Times Win slot on Game Vault through a Bitcoin deposit I did through sugar sweeps...I hit a cherry with 2 times 10 on the middle row and it showed a huge win but did not credit my account with the winnings!! I've contacted sugar sweeps and they keep giving me a dead link to contact Game Vault through telegram,the link doesn't work!! I finally looked up the correct Link on Chrome to contact a Game Vault tech & they said for me to contact my agent through sugar sweeps...all they do is keep shifting me back and forth & are not pulling up any records of the CRIME!!! No one on either side is trying to fix this issue!! Who ever is Mary P. On sugar sweeps ain't doing shit to help me...this casino has made tens of thousands off of me & don't do shit to help!! A friend showed me this site and at 1st it was easy & transparent. I never needed to use customer service. I deposit daily sometimes multiple times a day. Always thru bitcoin at 1st. Until recently they updated their site and i was locked out of my account I contacted customer service they said it was a glitch that it should be good in a few mins. That was wrong, to this day I'm not able to login. I had an available balance of 22$ I think. Ok, so I assumed they were right and there was a glitch so I simply created another acct. Then today I made a deposit l....I waited & waited but still nothing. I reached out to customer service they told me that they had no control over the block chain. So I know this to be true......still waiting I contacted them again and they have blocked me from being able to speak to another rep. It's ridiculous and shady. Now I think the reason why they shut my original account down is because I had made so many deposits without withdrawing and it was about time for my acct to start paying out & they prevented that from happening by locking out & my only other option was to create a new acct. Which would then make me start all over until it started paying out. They're some real bullshit. I hate that coz I really liked playing the there. They are on the bullshit fr!!!
