Very easy booking, I booked 4 cottages (maisons) with ease and cheaper than Expedia and booking. I never heard of your company before but the reviews were all excellent

Simple enough to make booking - but not extras
Simple enough to make booking, but couldn’t find out how to book extras like Linen and Towels. Looks like I will have to contact the company which is just another hassle. Would prefer to have completed this at time of booking

Summer France / Ski France
Can’t fault the whole Summer France/Ski France experience. Have been with them the past 3 years, both Ski Chalet holidays and summer villa holidays and have found the service and accommodation very good. Just booked again to go back to Moliets in July.

Good Experience.......but a surprise too
Overall the on-line experience was fine. Easy to pay for the accommodation using credit card, with no charges. However, checking my statement later there was also an additional£1 charge with no explanation! I know it's only a Pound, but I like to know what I'm paying for.
