The commodities are more beneficial than the amount you pay. The cherry on top is that you get to test the mattress for free for 100 days!!! Where on earth will you give such a choice? The explanation is that those people who are certain of their product's quality and will back up their claims can provide you with such a choice. Though we were not used to the mattress and couldn't have a relaxing sleep on it at first, I would like to remark on the product's quality and the fantastic support offered by the Sunday Rest Mattress customer care team! In this challenging world, where even the majority of the big labels struggle to attract consumers, I'm confident that's no problem for the Sunday Rest Mattress team. They could effortlessly promote their products, maintain the market level and keep their clientele- which is often a difficult challenge- with the help of their amazing and professional team!

I made the painful mistake of buying a mattress from Sunday in October 2018. No less than their best offering LATEX PLUS 3 MATTRESS. It seemed like a smart buy in the beginning, but come 2019 end, the mattress had sagged on one side. I thought, no problem – it’s got a 10-year warranty, but I was naive. Then started the hellish experience of getting the company to even check the defect. They basically make it impossible for you to get any redressal after a year of use. The sagging has to be more than an INCH, a centimeter off and you have no rights. I was told to read the warranty guidelines properly, which is basically their whole website.

Nevertheless, I sent them the pictures and videos of the mattress, using different angles and savvy methods to show the defect. They agree there is a chance the sagging is more than an inch. Some relief. But now they wanted to check it with their special instruments (Whatever they are) and for that, you have to send the mattress back to Bangalore at your own expense if you live in any other city, in my case Mumbai. They literally have no representative in any of the cities in India. I was surprised again and, again I was told to check their website FAQs. It’s all there. I was the one who missed reading it thoroughly. I didn’t do my homework properly.

After talking to them for a month, I finally transported the mattress back to them in March 2020. They arranged for the pick-up service by their courier partners and I had to pay for it. Why did I pay? It’s all stated clearly in a nook of their website of course. Such a bad reader I am!

Owing to Covid-19, transportation was slow, so I waited patiently. It’s the end of September and I AM STILL WAITING FOR THE INSPECTION. The courier company tried to deliver the defective mattress to Sunday, but couldn’t. My suspicion is Sunday refused to take it. Since then, they’ve stopped replying to my emails and their phones don’t work. They have even started selling some home furniture since working from home became a thing. They are clearly active and dealing with new customers. But old customers are useless to them.

I even wrote to their CEO Alphonse Reddy, but he doesn’t care either. The inefficiency and ineptness trickle down from the top it seems. I came across a rather amusing read on Quora where he passionately writes how “they are a young team trying to make a difference.” BEWARE, the only difference they will make is filling their coffers with your hard-earned money. In my case – Rs.49999 PLUS a sore back.

Don’t fall into the snazzy marketing trope like “Designed by the Japanese.” Your local cotton gadda wala has more integrity and quality control than these Upstarts.

PS. I’ve become an avid reader of their hugely informative website. I AM STILL FINDING NEW THINGS THAT UNDERMINE THE CUSTOMER.

Mattress has severe sagging issues after 2 years. Pretty good mattress till then. This product has not been tested or reviewed much for long term use so beware. Purchased a ortho plus mattress that is now adding to my back pain and Sunday has zero intentions of honoring their warranty clause. They came home and did a 'durometer' test and declared that there is 'not enough variation' and that the sagging should be a 'lot more'. No numbers/explanation was provided as to what is acceptable and what is the amount of sagging they have determined in my mattress. Extremely disappointed, especially after their over the top marketing and the founder's passionate outburst on quora.

So today i ordered the mattress and i will keep sharing my experience every sunday on different websites. I hope that will benefit new prospective customers.

My initial experience with the mattress we availed for 100 days trial was not good enough. So after 1 month of using it, we requested for a return. The Sunday people offered us another mattress for free. That mattress was a pleasure to use. After trial people we ordered the mattress and comfortably using for for over 3 months now. Appreciate the cooperation and support.

I am giving them the rating because of their service quality. We had communication problem with their logistics service provider - who was delaying the delivery process beyond tolerance. We had multiple calls to the customer support of Sundayrest and the handled the situation. Finally it got delivered. Thanks God the product was in in good condition. The product quality is okay - been using for little over 2 months, still no problem.

Ordered a latex mattress from the website. Came one day before their promise date. The product packaging was decent. The quality seems okay so far. The mattress is neither very soft nor hard - so seems comfortable to sleep for all of us. Nothing much to say - understanding quality of the product, I would recommend this to everyone.

On their special request, I decided to review them online. Beyond their request, i felt there are a few reasons I should really leave a feedback for them.
First, their product quality. We compared the quality with several other mattress manufacturers and found them to be the best.
Second, their free trial offer. Which I believe a very good way to gain popularily of their brand.
Third, their service. Their customer service is brilliant and email respond time is even faster than some big brands online.
So yeah that's all i have felt about Sundayrest.

I usually don't review online - but for Sundayrest I chose to do that for several reasons :
1) They offer the most awesome quality mattresses - I believe so after comparing 8 premium mattress brands in India.
2) Their trial period really works - I made my mind for this brand because of this
3) The post-sale service is brilliant
4) The customer service representatives are well educated and well informed.
Finally I think if someone is planning to buy a mattress, they should at least try Sundayrest.

The memory plus mattress we ordered was decently thick, soft and firm. The mattress cover really makes the difference - haven't ever seen any mattress that comes with a cover. We took a trial of 3 different mattress before finally deciding this one. Initially we thought the product is little overpriced, but after using it for 100 days we came to know why it is so.

I am always very choosy when it comes to purchasing something for my family. And when it's a major stuff for home like mattress, I am always extra careful. To be brutally honest, when I first heard of their 100 days trial - I thought it's nothing but a sales gimmick, because giving trial of a big and expensive product like Mattress sounds a marketing trap. So I thought to give it a try and see if they're true or not, because we were looking for mattress. When I spoke to them, ordered online and the mattress finally came to our home, I was surprised to see the 100 days promise is real.
So we started using the mattress everyday to check if they really makes any difference. Well, after using it for 15 days we started believing it's seriously different from what we were using for last few years.
We used the mattress for complete 100 days and then took no time to officially owning it.

Recently I was diagnosed with Cervical. The mattress I'm using for last 3 years is just a normal coir foam mattress. I started feeling and my doctor confirmed as well that my neck problem might have started by hard bed and the mattress. So my doctor suggested me to change the mattress as urgently as I can. I visited almost all big shops in my locality and tried several options from reputed brands. But I was not satisfied either with cost or the comfort level. Then I statred researching on the interent and found Sundayrest. I ordered the queesn size Ortho Plus mattress.
My experience is good so far - there's good relieve in my cervical pain. I have a habit to see on either side and I often used to feel numbness in my hands. But now now it’s completely gone.

Very impressed with their Memory plus mattress. The thickness is impressive, firmness makes it tough and the cover makes it easy to maintain the mattress. The price was okay, worth it.

The Ortho mattress is a pleasure to use. We purchased it for my father, who was asked to change mattress by the doctor. We did some good research before choosing Sundayrest and the now we come to believe that the research was really well done. After using it for almost 1 year, the mattress is still in good condition. So, both my father and me are happy.

We decided to choose Sundayrest after 3 months of research. We chose this brand primarily for 3 reasons: their quality assurance, online reviews and free trial offer. We availed their trial, and while using it we were looking for other options too. But honestly, this brand proves to be the best in the market.

I tried 3 mattresses to choose one, and we have made the right decision. The latex plus mattress we are using for last few months is soft and firm. WIth a mattress topper, it became softer and elegant. Initially, I felt their price is on a higher side, but after using it I realized it well deserves it.

The Sundayrest mattress was the best one I have ever experienced. It's not just soft and looks luxurious, but also it feels different when we use it. Their customer support is also very promising. After receiving the order, we realized there was a problem with size. So we contacted the support, who promised to replace it in next couple of days - which they actually did without any further follow-up. Overall, we're very happy.

I would suggest all of you to BE VERY CAREFUL before trusting these people. They will call you 10 times a day when asking you to buy the mattress but once you've bought it, they will not even reply to any of your mails.
If you call them, they will promise to reply to your emails but won't get back to you.
So once you have bought the mattress and spent a bomb (as their mattresses are super costly), they WON'T even RESPECT you as a PERSON. So please don't invest in these people if you think you are investing into a great startup with a great team like I did, because friends you're in for great amount of disappointment.
Secondly, be very very care before buying as they might be launching a new model very soon and they won't even tell you to about it. So you end up buying the old model and very soon you'll know they have launched an upgraded version. They fool you.
I've been trying to REACH HIGHER AUTHORITIES of this organization, but the customer service is extremely CUNNING as they won't let you reach to them. Even if they make mistakes, they won't say sorry but would just say "fine".
Thirdly, none of your feedback matters to them and all their WEBSITE REVIEWS are either paid or fake because obviously they control their website.
My suggestion: please please make sure you consider these factors before you invest with them as their customer service is irresponsible and won't pay any heed to your problems once you've bought the product.

I got sunday matress last week under 12months EMI but was charged full amount on my credit card ....when asked on the day of the billing they claimed that's normal and won't be billed the whole amount but now my bank wants me to pay the whole point .....why play these cheap tricks on customer's if you can't sell your products .....and your helpdesk are clueless and unprofessional to deal these issues.
