I contacted Sunglasses UK in relation to a vintage pair of Raybans that required new arms. Ben was very helpful and the arms that were suggested fitted perfectly along with new screws.

Repaired and returned quickly.

Both pairs of glasses over 10 years old and look brand new. Would recommend.

Purchased some Rayban RB8313 carbon fibre replacement sides, black.

1. They aren't black and the hinges are silver.
2. There is no curve on the arm so they stick out behind the ear.

The replacements look and feel nothing like the original arms, which leads me to think they are not genuine.

UPDATE:

I have adjusted my score due to satisfactory resolution of my initial issues.

Ben, the owner, did send through some replacement temples which were fully black and although did not exactly match the originals fully, they were close enough.

So in summary, service has been excellent, I can't complain about how my issue has been resolved. Product/items, aren't a perfect match, however are close enough to the original to be satisfied.

Ordered replacement polarised lenses for my Raybans Aviators. Geniune lenses were found and shipped to me as soon as they were sourced allowing me to replace the lenses at a good price. Goods were fast delivered from UK to Germany as expected and described What I did not expect was that I had to pay 19% taxes + 6€ handling cost for DHL when I received the goods. I recognized later that information about potential taxes was mentioned. Nothing what can be changed as long UK is not joining the EU.

Returned my sat-on sunglasses as brand new

MOSCOT LEMTOSH. Sent in my Moscot lemtosh sunglasses for a much needed bit of TLC. Ben changed the lenses and gave them a polish. They look brand new. Good price point too, others had quoted me around the same price for plastic lenses. 💯 recommend. Thank you Sunglasses UK.
