Bad shipping
The shipping was not what was advertised. I paid for expedited shipping and 12 days later I am still waiting on my order to arrive. I paid a lot extra for two day shipping maybe a different shipping method should be used

Thank you for reaching out. We’d like to clarify the shipping method selected for your order.
We do not offer expedited shipping when USPS is selected as the carrier. Your order was placed on Labor Day, when we were closed, and it shipped the next business day via standard USPS shipping, which was the shipping method selected at checkout. The order was not shipped using a two-day expedited service.
Your order contained long 2-meter items, so the order was divided into two separate packages. Both packages shipped on the same day, using the same carrier and shipping method. According to the tracking information we provided on 9/8, one package was delivered on 9/11, while the second package is still showing as in transit.
For the most current information regarding the remaining package, please use the tracking number provided with your shipment, as USPS tracking will provide the latest updates directly from the carrier.
Standard USPS shipments can take up to approximately two weeks to arrive, particularly when there are delays within the carrier's network.
If you need your order faster in the future, please select one of the expedited UPS shipping options available at checkout.

I have purchase LED from super bright…
I have purchase LED from super bright before
I replaced the high and low beams
3 of the 4 installed same as factory bulbs
The left low beam took a lot of effort due to a few thousand of an inch larger than factory bulbs
This was on a 2019 F150, could have been a Ford fit up issue or just slightly larger bulb.
Still I like the plug and play and increased lighting

While usually very good on my past order they broke it into two shipments one shipped immediately the second one never left the facility as near I can tell. When contacted they told me they had to wait 30 days before they can declare the shipment lost and send me a replacement. That does not help me with the problem at hand.

Thank you for reaching out. We understand your frustration with the delay in receiving the second package.
We do not offer any expedited shipping options through USPS. Your order included items that are longer in length, so it was necessary to ship the order in two separate packages. According to the tracking information, one package was delivered on 9/14, while the second package shows as delivered today, 9/21. It appears the two packages became separated while in transit with the carrier, which unfortunately is outside of our control.
We understand that waiting for a carrier to declare a package lost does not resolve the immediate inconvenience, but the tracking now confirms that both packages have been delivered.
For future orders, if you need your items sooner, please select an actual expedited delivery option through UPS at checkout.
