Sales assistant took time to find out if the coat I wanted to purchase was waterproof. Was very friendly and polite and also offered advice on washing instructions and guarantee.

Brilliant and high quality Jackets, they last for years. I always buy from SuperDry as they are very durable and their shops provide excellent customer services at the stores.

Purchase was fine got my top only downside is I never got to actually wear the top as it was stolen from me while I was out so it never even made it home.

Bought a nice jacket which I tried on in shop in Aberdeen where staff are super friendly. My coat for the price is amazing quality heavy and warm, beautiful to look at and fits beautifully so all good 👌

Assistant in shop disinterested
Only one bored assistant in the shop that I visited.
Tried on a jacket in the shop but it was too small. Told to go home & order it online!
Was eligible for express delivery but no option to choose it at the checkout page.
Also, one of the jackets that I ordered had obviously been sent out before & returned as it was covered in cat hairs!!!

Welcoming staff and happy to help, suggested to try out and pointed out where's the mirror, though it seems pretty much all super dry stores are crammed up with clothes and jackets, only by tills and trail room has easy of space. I felt too much is displayed within the given space. May be it's just me

I really liked it, I love our Superdry store in Aberdeen, I often go in to choose something new for myself if I liked the clothing line, there are a lot of bright and good assortment, I also recommend if you like beautiful and comfortable clothes, then you should definitely visit the store.
