Great store with a large selection, friendly staff and easy to refund/exchange items! Will definitely shop here more.

Ordered on line with an 10 discount, used side guide. The item arrived quickly but was massive. Tried to exchange in store. The assistant refunded my item and checked for a smaller size however said that she could not add the discount adding that superdry didn't do exchanges only refunds and repurchase. Left store disappointed, will look for similar item else where. Poor customer service.

Ordered before Christmas as a present for my girlfriend. They promised me it would arrive before Christmas, it never did. Phoned the store every day until 5 days after Christmas. Asked when it arrived in store and was told the 21st December? Absolute joke customer service. No excuses Superdry, you have totally let yourselves down this time and I will not be shopping with you again.

This was the first time shopping in superdry and was very happy with the customer service and would be happy to shop there again

Love the quality of superdry, jackets are warm and cozy. Had ordered from online, jacket was bit long from sleeves. Went to store for exchange but no any more left except to order online again unfortunately price was back originally not an offer anymore the lady on the shop was very helpful and tried to sort out. The email confirm my parcel was arrived in shop on 30th Nov 2021. Until today I didn't receive my parcel successfully. The shop in Bracknell Lexicon still reply us cannot find my jacket. The Sales person confirm will reply for us what happen that I go to the shop on 3rd Dec 2021. But he didn't call me back and we didn't get any responses until today.

Very quick delivery impressed considering they use Hermes I did panic when I saw who would be delivering my parcel parcel well packaged very happy

Thank you to Bal in Bracknell store who demonstrated great customer service in locating a puffer coat in the right size, which I was unable to find online.
She also did the same with a pair of cargo trousers.

Great experience in store at Bracknell branch - fabulous shop assistance with advice resulted in ordering correct size although it wasn’t available at the time of purchase to try so it was more like a trial and error case or a case of ‘we will see’ but once collected and tried - it fitted perfectly - the coat is super comfy and feels substantial without being heavy, great pockets with separate zipped compartments, big detachable hood - love the colour of deep navy - makes change to black - one very happy customer - the staff has been very helpful and polite throughout the process, delivery within week to the store, trackable online - overall great service, great product and great shop experience - recommend and thank you!

I love Superdry... both products and services. Never had a bad experience, all orders sent early or on time, and great products. Very happy to recommend to anyone and everyone..

Nice store and happy staff, so much energy

Shirt arrived dirty with stains all over it front and back. Clearly been warn and re sent out to me. Not checked before sending it out. Was a Father’s Day present and wasn’t able to give it.

Ordered Saturday night for collection on bank holiday Monday. Went to the store on Monday to be told they don’t receive any deliveries on a bank holiday, so my order won’t be ready until Tuesday. Wasted my time on a bank holiday.
