I do not want to give you 1 star…
I do not want to give you 1 star because while making this order there was an error in typing the address I placed the order last Saturday and realised the next day that my delivery address is wrong so I emailed SuperDry on Sunday and Monday informing you this but as I did not get a response I called on Monday too, stressing the concerns and the lady emailed Hermes to cancel the delivery but Hermes did not get back to SuperDry or I as I also, contacted them by online. I called SuperDry everyday to sort this out before this parcel was delivered to a total stranger in another city but SuperDry said they can’t do anything else for me and the parcel was delivered to the wrong address, on Thursday, there was plenty of time to sort this out but this was not done.
I have been so stressed about the whole situation and the lack of support from SuperDry and been told that they can’t do anything. I do not believe this as the parcel had not even reached Hermes when I raised the issue. I don’t understand why such a big company as SuperDry and Hermes are not I. Contact with each other.
I want my money back or the items I paid for!
