I had immediate engagement with a staff member who eventually served me at the till. She was awesome. And genuine. That was clear. I always like visiting Superdry, but this was even better

The unstinting input by staff in the Norwich Branch. My initial interest in four different puffer jackets was complicated by the variety of style, availability, colour, number of pockets, hood or no hood, etc, but with the perseverance and professional input, by Sarah in particular, I was very happy with my final choice.

The layout of the store was really satisfying to walk around. The staff were super helpful and great to talk to. They even showed me how to neatly fold my clothes.

Great service, great clothes... Two bits of feedback. One of the hoodies I bought had a stitching issue on the zip. Keep an eye on you quality control. And I like your less branded designs, Superdry is a weird name to incorporate in to all your designs. I would suggest this is part of your brand problem as evidenced by your market performance. Your designs are nice but they are working hard to overcome what is a somewhat strange name. Superwet? Maybe a transition to Super or something less odd. The clothes however are well designed and so are your colours, patterns and textures.
