I ordered a T-shirt, it said online order to store and it will be there in one day. It took six days until I got a message informing me that he had been delivered to store. Would’ve been much easier and quicker just to order it to Home.

Great stuff... love the Peterborough Superdry store, been going here for more years than I care to remember! Great selection of mens clothes at decent prices. I've had T-shirts and hoodies that easily last 3-5 years from here with regular use. I never understand why people go for cheap clothes, it doesn't pay - go for quality - it will pay in the long run!

Order jacket and still cancelled the order

Never ordered from superdry and saw some nice t shirts and a jumper which I liked. So I put them in my basket till pay day. Ordered them on pay day and then few days later I got email saying going be 3 separate orders which wasn't happy about and my 3rd order was late and now I'm trying sort my shirt out as has all got all fluff over it from the jumper. So I got ruined jumper and t shirt. Might order in future from the company I might not as my 1st order was a complete disaster.

I made a purchase online, it was amazingly fast delivery through Evri. Unfortunately, the size I ordered was too large so you have the option of returning to a store, which is what I did. There I was thinking I’d have to wait until my returns was received then refunded to place another order for the correct size. Nope, at the store the helpful assistant told me a replacement could be ordered there and then and posted back to my address. Viola! Brilliant service and again, fast delivery. I am now with the right size and absolutely love the garment. Highly recommend.

Staff was helpful and quick

The coat is lovely and so much better when it actually fits!! I have had several coats/ jackets from the online the store, all XL. Bought the XL and it drown me. Returned to store in Peterborough who were so helpful, cannot praise them enough, they went beyond to resolve the sizing issue. Large has arrived and it fits so much better although still a little oversized, a thick jumper will sort that! The coat is very good quality and well worth the money paid in the sale.

Disappointing Experience - Poor Quality and Customer Service

I purchased a sports suit from Superdry, and after just one wash, the logo started peeling off. I was really disappointed with the poor quality of the product. When I tried to return it, the customer service was unhelpful and store manager unprofessional,arrogant and instead of offering a resolution, I was blamed for the issue. It's incredibly frustrating to spend money on an item that doesn't hold up and then be treated poorly when seeking assistance. I expected much better quality and customer care from a brand like Superdry. I will not be shopping here again.
