I’ve ordered an item from my daughter through Superdry and items did not arrive to my address and call the post supplier and they just sending me a picture to a different door and saying that I already have received my item actually it’s not true there is in my item because that picture what the post shows me it’s not my door and I couldn’t find where the post have delivered my item so I’m very unhappy because the post was shoes by Superdry and I didn’t receive what I have been paid for

I bought a t-shirt as a gift and it was the wrong size. I went to change it and there was not the next size up in the store. The guy who helped in Stirling Thistle Centre was absolutely fantastic and knowledgeable, not only did he sort my issue out, he got the next size up delivered to my door and was so friendly and enthusiastic it was really great shopping experience. He even advised in the future if there wasn't the right size in store they could help source and get it delivered free of charge.

Such a great experience definitely would visit tge store again.

Had to exchange a coat as I had changed my mind. Lady that served us was very helpful as the coat I wanted had a mark on so she organised one to be sent to my home from warehouse. I hadn’t noticed the mark on the store coat but she pointed it out. Saved me having to come back to store again to exchange.

Very efficient service from superdry. However the delivery from DPD is rubbish. Delivered my parcel to the wrong house and then the parcel had got lost at the depot. Superdry refunded my delivery. But ended up cancelling the order as it didn't come in time even though I paid for next day delivery. Superdry did what they could but there choice of delivery is not efficient.

Order arrived when specified. Unfortunately I had to return one of the items but this was dealt with very efficiently in store.

I was in the store in Stirling and bought a jacket but it had threads loose so I got a home delivery! This was on the 6/1/23 and I’m still awaiting delivery from Evri , I’ve complained to Superdry and Evri but still not received an email to tell me of the delivery date

Staff were so helpful and had a wee laugh with them hate shopping generally but was good

I ordered a hoodie for my grandson’s Christmas in your Stirling store on 9th December when it had not arrived by the 19th I phoned the store when I was informed that the order had not gone through (apparently a ‘ghost’ order) I was offered a refund which was no use to me. By this date there were no similar hoodies available on your website or in store in his size. Even more annoying I had placed the order when you were offering a 20% reduction on hoodies. Very disappointing service.
