First jumper delayed by a day but second jumper in store next day as promised on online site. Will see how quickly refund comes on one jumper - ordered same of different sizes as non in store to try on. Staff in shop in Tunbridge Wells very helpful and knowledgeable.

Customer service in shops excellent
Customer service in shops excellent , online order which was late,had to return one due to late delivery and collect one from another shop. Delivery service from Evri rubbish, they shouldn’t use them

There’s no doubt that the quality is the best
I was a little disappointed that I couldn’t get a tracksuit, but separate joggers and separate hoodie witch is not what I expected, and finding a good match both colour and material was difficult.

Great service
I needed to return an item today & took it to the Tunbridge Wells store. The process could not have been easier. The guy was super helpful in sorting an exchange for a second item which they didn't have in stock.

Excellent!
Brilliant company to deal with. Easy online ordering & delivered on time. Unfortunately, I needed to return an item (through no fault of Superdry) & I returned it to my local store. They couldn't have been more friendly & helpful. More than happy to purchase from Superdry again.

Hooded jacket
Arrived on time . Good quality hooded jacket ordered for my son size large but had to order another in an extra large as it came up small. Easy return at local store in Tunbridge Wells , although ordered online. Served by Saskia , who was very friendly. Quick refund to account. Very pleased.
