I own one leather super dry (featured on the hit series “dear white people”, I own a herringbone 3/4 trench by super dry as well. I also own a green parka b super dry. My wife just purchased her fist super dry parka full length less than 12 hours ago. Now my daughter has two tank tops by super dry. The style and quality is unmatched. Learning you had a NYC location was very cool while i was vacationing there this week. My pieces i purchased from the UK. The 7th avenue Times Square staff was friendly and helpful.

What made my experience great was the employees were nice and very helpful. They directed me exactly to the Jacket I wanted to try on. Then I liked the way the jacket fit and I purchased it.

Great service both on-line & in-store. Superdry has definitely gained a new fan. Not to mention I purchased 2 coats in the same style but different colors. The jacket is warm enough to wear w/a sweater under. You won’t be disappointed! And the fit is PERFECT….

The 2 stars are for store manager David Santana. He was amazing, if not for him I’ll post 0 stars. I purchase a few items online. I needed to exchange each item for a bigger size. He took the time to explain and help me with my return/exchange. I reached out to customer service in regards to how to proceed with trying to exchange or return and a prompt auto msg is sent w instructions. I reach out 3 separate times and to this day they have yet to answer any of my concerns or questions.

I went to return 2 jackets I paid for online. I did not receive the refund but the store has the record of the return.Customer service is only available online and its an long distance call.

Foam trucker hats are really nice quality (thicker material, etc.) - much better than cheap ones. The hats' circumference and snap-back is good (where the hat sits on your head). However, some are too tall in the front which looks silly. Otherwise, very nice. Store staff in Time Square NYC are very nice and professional.

I received honorable service from the moment I walked in. However the tourists who were shopping were unpleasantly rude, but I’m glad and satisfied with my visit. I will come again!

I like it very much. First of all, I have never found such a warm sweater. It is very, very warm to wear. Even at minus 6 degrees, it can protect the warmth of my body. Second, its color is very fashionable, it looks different when worn, and it is slim and tall. Looks very young. Third, the fabric is very, very comfortable, you don't want to take it off. I think you deserve it.
