My experience with this company was horrible. I ordered my scooter 3 months ago and still have not received it. Matter of fact, the freight company actually LOST it and has no idea where it is. After daily emails for a month and having to report to the better business bureau, they finally emailed me back asking what they could do. I told them i wanted a refund. They said they would put in a request for a refund. This company is ridiculous and will just give you the run around instead of helping you and being civil and just giving you the product you ordered. This company is corrupt and unethical. DO NOT buy anything from this awful company. I am out almost $900 and no one knows what the hell is going on. I continue to email them every day and still nothing.

I have not gotten any information about an investigation or anything like that. I have called the freight company and emailed them more than 10 times, they just told me they were doing dock checks. Then when I asked for more help they just told me to file a claim, but in order to file a claim I needed certain documentation, which I asked out company for in an email and was completely ignored. I was told they requested a refund for me 2 weeks ago and that they would let me know the following day. Still no answer. I am tired of messing around, I want my money back. This whole situation was handled poorly by your company. I am reporting you to the Better Business Bureau today and contacting my lawyer.

Worst customer service ever, after 15 attempts to talk to a human, only got recordings from each department I called
After receiving my scooter, waited several days made many calls trying to get start info, again a very frustrating experience

Pleasant service. Good communication. Great prices. Inventory is inadequate. I have been waiting 6 months for a scooter I already purchased to come in stock and still not ready.

Superiorpowersports helped me at every opportunity when I purchased my Taotao50 scooter. When my item was shipped a helpful member of their staff phoned me and scheduled the meeting time. This was convenient and the delivery was prompt. Their mechanic has provided me with useful tidbits of information which have aided me in the upkeep of my vehicle.

Im not very happy about the service I got my quad wouldnt even run I had to do way more work to get it running and they wouldnt even try to make it right

Just put 2000 miles on my new Tao Tao CYA 50.... Luv it! Where else can you get a cool Scooter delivered for only a few hundred bucks.... The staff rocks!

Just recieved the taotao 500 watt scooter, came scratched and damaged. Bunker doesn't work keys were missing, most likey fell out since the scooter comes in a metal cage that has no bottom, left side has a huge crack and it toke my 4 frustrating hours to assemble. Do not reccomend buying from here.

Perfect scooter for summer and excellent service from de company

Ordered my 10 year old an ATV. Website showed it was in stock however I recieved a call saying they had not arrived from customs yet and to pick another model. They did offer to give me a discount on a different model which was nice. Ultimately they called back shortly after and said the original unit I ordered would in fact be available.

Rest of transaction went well. I paid for the full assembly and “ride ready”. Upon delivery everything looked ok but I noticed a little later that the handlebars were bent (likely from being dropped or something heavy dropped on it) and the battery was nearly dead and would not let the atv run.

I was able to bend the handlebars back into place (hopefully this won’t cause issues down the road) and ultimately bought another battery so I didn’t have to worry about battery issues.

Needless to say I was a little disappointed to pay extra for services and have to deal with issues myself before my daughter could ride her new present.

I want to thank you for the opportunity to buy your outstanding moped scooter,ive become disabled and having a hard time with payment plan,but thanks for consideration.i am able to purchase a motor scooter from y'all with my monthly income I highly recommend your company to anyone who is seeking to buy an outstanding motor scooter any size and any type y'all have a really good flexible payment plan and I just want to say thank you for being very patient with me and help me out too difficult times with my payment

unit was dropped during some point in shipping , carburetor is not able to be adjusted , seat does not stay locked down , tried to attempt to reach customer service , but hard to deal with , says carb is fine from a pic, Lol... unit does not idle and carburetor has no idle circuit to adjust , mixture and idle screw does not even reach throttle plate ….carb defective ,

i like it the battery stop working and i had to to spend $82 on a new battery but other than that i love it

Good place to deal with. The machine arrived sooner than expected and in good shape.

only complaint is that factory manual very poor. Web site that I was directed to was very helpful.

I love the scooter. It looks like a Bike. I had a Harley 35 years ago, and haven't ridden a bike since than. 59 now, thought I'd get the scooter, it's cool looking and I'm not interested in getting a big bike and taking road trips anymore. Thanks!

Communication is bad. The scooters didn't come with instructions. Told I would receive emails with manual and how to change oil...no email received. Called 3 times, gavecup. No one knew where the keys were. One scooter is in the shop already and only has 21 miles on it.

When receiving my moped it was scraped and has a busted tail light cover.I have not received new parts I requested. Moped does not start or run.Very disappointed in this company.
