Complete scam company they send broken, used bikes they lie a steal don’t buy from this company. Don’t trust them.
I have reported it to the Better Business Bureau and have obtained a representative I’m not going to stop until I receive my full refund as promised.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! This company’s parent company is called Veloz Powersports Inc. The customer support rep tried to tell me they have nothing to do with that company but when the charge came though to my bank is says VELOZ, TX, and look at the bottom of the Superior Power Sport website, it is copywriter to Veloz Powersports Inc. Nice try on the lie. Veloz has1.6 stars on Google and 83 Complaints on Better Business Bureau in the past 3 years. So they are now trying to do business as Superior Power Sports to hide the fact that they are Terrible! I bought a scooter for my son. When it arrive the outside box was damaged but we had no idea how damaged because it had a box around it. I guess my biggest sin on the planet was not making the split second decision to send it back right then because the moments that deliver truck left, the nightmare began. When we opened the box we say a shooter that was completely trashed. Every piece of plastic was damaged like it had been in a dozen accidents already. Ok, no problem, let’s get a return started and get a replacement. NOT! They will string you out between emails 1-2 weeks at a time. If you finally get ahold of someone on the phone they will insult you and make you sound like you did something wrong for not returning it the moment is was delivered or that you are simply upset that 4 weeks has gone by with no resolution on the return. Long story short. They will never help you. We still have the schooner 7 months later, no refund. They didn’t set up a return and we are stuck with it. I field a fraud case with my bank but besides that and being able to write bad reviews, you have not real chance of getting a resolution from this company. They simply do not care. I have been purchasing things for personal and business use over the web for over 24 years. This is by fare my worse experience ever. They don’t even deserve one star.

Recently purchased a dirt bike for my 9yr son Dbx-4 Apollo 45 mph perfect not to fast not to slow he loves it and for the price on top of the quality and time there starting to put in these Chinese bikes definitely worth looking at if you haven’t I suggest you give them a try ask for Jim Garza he’ll save you some time and money

Scooter showed up with a non working headlight. Have sent MULTIPLE emails, phone calls, pictures and videos. They’ve been completely non-responsive and when a customer service rep calls back, they act like we’re starting over from the beginning, every time.
They finally sent a part - but it was the starter button and not the headlight component!! It’s like nobody’s paying attention to any of the words, emails, videos and photos I’ve sent!!!
Most recent rep actually had the audacity, after going over ALL of it again - when I asked if I’m responsible for fixing and repairing an issue that came defective - said “well I don’t know the issue with your scooter” !!!!
What!!!???!!!!!!!
Then she hung up on me when I got frustrated and said, loudly, “THE HEADLIGHT DOESNT WORK”!!

Maybe they’re hard of hearing, or blind and can’t see videos and photos? I’ve never experienced customer service like this in my life!

I truly do not even want to give one star. But you have to leave a review. Jim and some other woman who answers when you call were brutal. They were so rude to myself and my husband. We do NOT recommend buying from here, here’s why..
We placed an order on 12/2 for two small ATVs. We paid extra for rushed processing which meant they should arrive to us no later that 10-12 days. We received no updates, I sent multiple emails. NO ONE answered me. No one could tell me where my order was. It was a battle. Finally at the 12 day mark I had had enough. I called the number in the website, which they only answer if you choose ‘new order’. It’ll ring and ring if you choose the ‘existing order’ option. (Ironic). So once I got someone
On the line, it was Jim. I wanted a refund. I was done. This Christmas gift would no longer be here in time and I was tired of the poor treatment. When he got on the line he was SO rude. So pushy. He talked down to me. He wanted to do anything but refund us. I am so not impressed with this place. We decided to go to our local power-sports store instead and received fantastic service.

Do NOT buy from these scam artist.

God I don't even know where to start. So I purchased a vehicle a gold cart actually from these people and I am 70 years old. They dropped off a go cart by my dumpster at my house did not have any sign for it and left it there. When I arrived home I thought it was a big piece of garbage I am not going to why I did not think it was my almost $2000 go cart. So I looked at the packaging and it was completely damaged and immediately I started taking pictures. The whole roll cage was damaged and torn apart The palates that sat on were completely broken. So I called up to submit a claim immediately 1st of all I was a 100% responsible they told me for the vehicle because I accepted it and signed for it. Then because I told them I had proof that I did not sign for and they left it by a dumpster it went from that to they'll send me replacement parts and I had to fix that and I wasn't getting a percentage off. They sent me roll cage tubing that didn't even fit the roll cage suspected me to go out there and fix the damages at 70 years old. So I sat here and argued with these people for over a month and this was supposed to be a Christmas present for my grandson. After a month of arguing and taking multiple pictures and videos I could not get not one person to call me back. Even though I kept messages saying that they called me back several times and I could prove they have not called me back once. I have asked to talk to management and somebody that was the owner to this place several times before I had to do what I'm about to do. Now my trip is to the courthouse tomorrow they have completely ruined my grandson's Christmas please do not order from here.. So further on now that they responded back to me I have not got anybody in their claims department to talk to I am the one that has called their store and tried to talk to them several times and I have not got any help I have sent all the photos I have all the emails all the proof that I've sent them photos videos everything that they have asked for from day 1 it took them 2 months to try to get things right the packaging came completely damaged and they suspect the 70 year old lady which you just read to go out there and buy pellets and repackage this thing when they're the ones that deliver it Completely damaged

We received our son gk110 7 months ago and freaking love it. I wish superior powersports was around when i was a kid. They sell affordable reliable fun. This thing really great my kid has a blast riding around our area. All the little bratty neighbors kids are jealous. I do wish they made an adult size so i could join in the fun and laugh at the parents too as they choke on my dust when i drive bye ✌️. Anyways i just noticed the email offering a chance to win $100 towards my next purchase and would love to use that get myself something this Christmas so we can ride as a family.

My wife loves the scooter and uses it everyday it was very affordable and the people helped us through the process of getting all of our paperwork in order and I would suggest them for anybody looking for a scooter

Ordered 3 scooters. Two 50cc and one 150cc. They all came in excellent condition. Instructions were easy to complete the oil changes. Started right up and have been enjoying the ride. Smooth transaction from beginning to end. Thank you

Ive spent hours comparing prices , promotions from every dealership you can think of and found superior power sports offer the best prices and great service. The sale rep always called me back. They also provided me with an emailed address that I could contact to take advantage of free ATV training for my kid. If your in the market for a kids atv I would highly recommend checking them out and take advantage of Best prices , friendly service and contact information for your kid to get some free atv safety training as well.

So far, so good !! There was moderate damage to the shipping container but no damage to the machine. Assy was simple and the bike started within a few kicks. My daughter is LOVING IT!!

Made fun of my studder during a complaint. Customer service Jim. Been hassled by this company over a damaged scooter delivered. Two months no new parts but supposedly a warranty. Bread financial is back on the case.

Purchased a TBR 7 dual purpose motorcycle from Superior powersports on March 4th after paying in full $1289 bucks for the bike and 279.95 for frieght shipping to my home over a month later still have not received what I paid for, however my title and bill of sale showed up today. When calling Saia frieght company they tell me the bike was delivered to an address in Milwaukee Wisconsin i live in Oxford New York. The people at powersports put the wrong address on the shipping container. Powersports has been made aware of their mistake and refused to do anything about it. Alli get when calling them about my bike I either can't get anyone to speak with or a bogus email saying they are trying to help. My advice to you considering making a purchase from this company DON'T DO IT!! You will either end up like me and lose $1600 bucks or get junk shipped to you. Buyer beware buy somewhere else!

I'm cracking up.I ordered my bike less than a month ago. It came when they said. I put it together and it ran like a beast from the start. I have had plenty of Enduros (Yamaha) (Honda). It runs good other than that piece of crap carb. Put a diff. Carb and go. Thanks for a fun bike that is way less than it's Japanese counterparts.

I purchased an ATV from Powersports. It was received without acknowledgment from the shipping company while I was on vacation. It arrived broken and damaged. It took over a month to get the parts for replacement. It was driven less than 10 hours when it quit running. I was told the warranty was expired although it was only operable for less than weeks. They sent the parts that they say would fix it but refuse to send any more saying that the warranty is expired. They refuse to repair, replace, or refund anything. I still owe two years on this ATV but it only had about 10 days of usage. I contacted the Better Business Bureau and Superior Powersports did not reply. They told me that I just need to get an attorney to solve the matter because I told them I would escalate it to an attorney if need be. Buyer beware. If you buy anything from them they will be there to take your money and answer your phone calls with gratitude but once you need to use your 90 day warranty they will not help you at all.
