First off, I had to contact them a month after my scooter was paid off to ask where it was - and was told it had been lost so I had to wait for another to be shipped out. When we got it, the trunk was missing. I got the MCO and an invoice showing I bought the scooter the day I placed the order instead of the date it was paid off which would lead to me having to pay extra taxes. The DMV said I would have to have a bill of sale to get the scooter registered, so I contacted them many times asking for a bill of sale on their letterhead. Instead, they sent me another copy of the MCO and the invoice with the exact same information. I sent the paperwork back with a dummy bill of sale to show them exactly what I needed and told them if they would not give me one I wanted a complete refund since the scooter was useless to me. They now have my paperwork and have sent me back nothing, so I can't even prove I own the scooter - much less register it. I don't know what else to do at this point but talk to a lawyer since they're now ghosting me.

I ordered a 4wheeler about a month ago, so it would be here for Christmas. I keep emailing to see where it is, with little help. They called 2 weeks ago assuring me it will be here by Christmas, here it is Christmas day, and nothing yet. I purchased another one a few months ago from Killer motorsports, and it was here on time, and warranty pieces were shipped promptly. Don't buy from Superior Powersports.

The dirtbike I ordered took forever to arrive. Once it arrived I needed to wait 2-3 more weeks for the title before I could take it out to the trails. I never received my free items even though I was promised on numerous occasions that they were shipped. The customer service people are all horrible, unhelpful, and rude. The products they sell are total GARBAGE! I needed to repair the bike after every single ride!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

I would give 0 stars if i could. Received TBR7 with concealed damage to front wheel. Sent images of damage,they say that they never received them. Wont answer my calls,dont return calls, Customer has no priority at all after they get their money.I now have a USELESS STREET LEGAL MOTORCYCLE, no front wheel and will not answer my request for Manufacturer Certificate of Origin for title.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS

don't buy from this company they don't answer the phone and told me my scooter is on hold and using every excuse in the word to not refund my money!!!

I the received the 150cc scooter in good condition, on time and a pleasant experience. The scooter could not be registered in California do to "carb" requirement. The company quickly arranged pickup and full refund.my next scooter I will buy from them again.

Update: I'm out a thousand on my motorbike. In trying to return it and they are having me pay for shipment and restocking, which is about $1,000. And if I ask them to fix it according to my warranty, which I have multiple times in the past, they send me links to YouTube videos or refer me to their tech support line. I have an extended warranty, which is not helping me at all. Do NOT buy this company's products. They do everything they can to skirt around their responsibility to their customers!

The sales staff was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful, but when I contacted tech support, the support technician told me that the scooter didn't come with an owners manual or assembly instructions and if I had any problems to check out U tube. The scooter did have an owners manual and a DVD with assembly instructions, when I call for tech support I expect more than being told to check out U tube.

After speaking with a customer service rep on size of a electric dirt bike she assured me it would hold 160lbs. it got here and was no higher than my Knee. We decided to keep it for my grandson and found that it did not hold a charge. We called for an RMA to return, they promptly gave me a shipping label and RMA and then informed me that due to restocking fee and shipping my refund amount would be 125.00 from an over 600.00 purchase. Now no one will respond to my request for detail restocking fee and shipping charge. These guys are criminals and i will never deal with them again.

I just wanted two specific colors and they would have sold two, they couldn't help me with that. They lost the sale. They did tell me they had the colors I wanted then contacted me when they were ready to ship saying they didn't have the colors I wanted and told me what colors they were going to send when I had to cancel. Not the colors I wanted.

The shipping company lost our bikes not once but twice. Superior Power Sports would not offer any type of refund on the shipping cost because they said the bikes arrived on time. We requested expedited processing so the bikes would arrive 3 days quicker. It took 10 days. Had the bikes not been list we would-be had them in 4. I had to do all the work to track them down.

We paid extra money to expedite receipt of the ATV. We received it weeks later than expected. After receiving the ATV the rear wheels are installed backwards (the nice rims are facing inward). My husband is disabled and we still haven’t fixed the ATV.

Our grandson won’t be back up here until next summer

I bought 2 scooters and paid for expidited shipping and they came in superfast!. They both had minor shipping damage,...not their fault, but they quickly replaced the scratched parts. Scooters are both really nice! Only think I wish was better was to ship the bill of sale with the scooters. We bought them to take on a trip, but the bill of sale came a day after we had left on our trip. We were pretty bummed out about that. Overall except from that, I would buy from them again.

They took over 3 weeks to get title once we had scooter. Every time I called the reps told me something different and was not true. Very disappointed with this company. Don’t buy from here.

Friendly people. Always returned phone calls and email. Delivered on what they promised. Good product knowledge. I didn't really need very much help because the motorcycle and scooter I bought had no real problems.

Switched my address, sent it to the wrong place, 400 miles away
