Sutton Saunas fixed my sauna after I stopped using it due to heater problems. They could have advised to replace everything but instead carried out a repair that had enabled me to enjoy my sauna again. Would highly recommend them

Been meaning to leave a review for months! But probably means more now as I’ve been enjoying the sauna regularly all summer now into winter. Absolutely top class service from Sutton Saunas, pleasure to deal with. Very friendly and professional. Explained everything and thoroughly happy with everything the guys did. Highly recommend!

Sutton Saunas has done a fantastic job converting one of our small bathrooms into a spa room, with a steam room one side and a sauna the other side. The service from start to finish was brilliant, and we are so happy with the end result. I highly recommend them.

Charanjit did a great job with our bespoke sauna built into the eaves. He was very professional, polite and on time and clearly takes pride in the work he does.

I bought my sauna 12 months ago, 3 different so called “installers” have tried to build it, each one got a step closer to completion but gave up before it was finished. I was so stressed out about paying top end money for this sauna then not being able to find someone to install it properly. Finally I decided to just cut my losses and get rid of the sauna (this is now month 16). I used an electrician for some work around my house and when he saw the sauna he couldn’t help but say how good it looked, when I told him all the issues I’d had and that I was going to get rid of it he gave me the telephone number for Sutton saunas, I called Charanjit and he asked me for some pictures of the current state of the sauna, he got back to me with a quote to complete the installation within an hour, booked me in and within a week he was able to come and finish the installation at a very reasonable price. I wish I had known about Sutton saunas a year ago and I would have used him for the job in the first place. But you live & learn, Charanjit is a great guy and quality of his work is brilliant, I’ve had a couple of teething issues with the sauna but not down to his workmanship just some electrical material issues, I called him and he talked me through how to fix the problem and even offered to come back and fix it for me, great job, great guy, would 110% recommend Sutton saunas to anyone who wants a good job done and no stress.

This company did the impossible and made me a custom sauna in a tight irregular shaped place and somehow made it feel roomy. I came with a lot of requests and issues and they delivered out the box solution

I called Charanjit from Sutton Sauna’s after I’d already had guys round to build and connect my sauna, but were unable to complete the job. I wish I’d called Sutton first time round, as Charanjit really saved the day! He gave me honest advice on what was needed to complete the project and then managed to get me booked in the following week. He did quality work on all elements once he was up and I’m chuffed with the finished product! Top man…top job, would recommend unreservedly if you’re getting a sauna done!

I met a few companies when planning my sauna. These guys are by far and away the most knowledgeable company I met. They took the design I had and made it much better. The end result is beautiful. They are true specialists and craftsmen. I couldn’t be happier. I’m so happy I didn’t go ahead with the arrogant and crazily overpriced companies that these guys compete with.

Charanjit was totally professional from start to finish keeping his word and delivering an excellent Sauna for us all to use…. Very accommodating and able to flex the design as the project was implemented.
