I work with a personal trainer who is so perfect for me, that she has become one of my “Sweet Seester”s! We’ve developed a workout schedule that works for both of us. Caleb is very easy and extremely knowledgeable. He can adapt exercises to meet my needs. As a result I have lost weight and can now stand for longer periods of time as well as walk with a normal gait. Couple that with a great personality, I get a great and enjoyable session! This is the best decision I have ever made to improve my health.

I enjoy training with Tony. He's very fun to work out with. He's very patient and helpful in teaching me how to do the exercises. We also work out in different circuits and work with the weights and dumbbells. We also do exercises with the medicine ball and do different yoga exercises.

My trainer has the right education and athleticism that gives me the confidence to trust her. I set the goal and she knows how to attain it. Work the process.

Love the convenience of working out at home. Evan provides great routines and motivates me.

First of all I am 68 years.old and online contacts are not my forte. I joined April 22 and told them I wanted to start immediately. They did not have any trainers in my area. They did not tell me that and took my money anyway . I called and spoke with many people to cancel the contract. They would not refund my money. Eventually they found a trainer and I used my sessions as I had already payed for them. They continued to debit my account after I had called and cancelled. Per billing , the customer is liable for the full contract and not allowed to cancel early. When signing up I was told multiple times that I could cancel early without penalty. I unfortunately still believe that people tell the truth. This company is nothing more than a scam. DO NOT SIGN A CONTRACT. If you want to use them do one session at a time and don't pay until you actually have contact with an actual trainer

I must say that I am totally satisfied with this service. Marcos my coach is great, we have that bond. Our sessions are both informative, challenging and motivating. For the goal I am trying to attain, he was just what I needed. I'm still using the service and will definitely accomplish my goal and it will be with the help of my coach.

My trainer was matched well to meet my special needs, she is encouraging and tailoring exercises for my ability. I am just beginning again after a long time die to health issues.

Svetness is the most professional...and personable fitness team I have ever worked with. They are second-to-none, hands-down. Their outreach, follow-up and quick replies and, most importantly, my own personal trainer who is the best I've ever worked with. I am very impressed with the Svetness business model. It focuses on us, their clients.

Celeste is the best

Willow is a fantastic trainer! She is experienced in working out our aches, pains, injuries and stress. I asked Svetness to connect us with a trainer for several very specific reasons and they delivered! One star withheld for the weird texting confirmation setup at the end of each session to confirm it was held, although I guess I get it, and the price. It is much higher than other similar options in our area, but we are in the boonies.

My trainer, Amber was professional but friendly.Amber gave helpful advice always suggesting modifications when I had movement issues. She was prompt and easy to get in touch with when needed. The Svetness ap made it easy to keep track of visits, etc.

I wish I had read these reviews before I contracted with this company. I bought 6 months of sessions and was assigned a trainer who was very nice but let me know that she would not be available for two months. She had informed the company but they assigned. Her to me anyway.
So for two months I didn’t have a trainer. They provided me with another trainer who was great and emailed me that they would extend my contract. They absolutely did not but instead cancelled my contract even though I had over 20 sessions left. They have been unresponsive. This company is about money and not wellness. Do not waste your money or time.

Trainer is great and responsive! I love the app where we can communicate directly with the trainer. Finding trusted trainers is difficult and I appreciate Svetness getting me connected with one!

My experience with Svetness has been great from the beginning. This was a birthday present and at my birthday dinner I received a personal text message from a coordinator wishing me a happy birthday and telling me I had been gifted with a personal trainer. My consultation was great in that I felt heard and the details were important in setting me with the right trainer. My personal trainer, Anthony, has been coming to my home gym once a week for the last 5 weeks and I am starting to feel and see my body change. Anthony pushes me just enough and has given me confidence to be strong. My experience has been great and I highly recommend Svetness Fitness.
