I ordered 2 pairs of shoes and paid for them in the end of April and I am still waiting for them! I wonder if this is a serious company, … a good one would notify customers about delays… the day after posting the review I got reimbursement and a sorry, which makes things so much better.

Never been inclined to write on Trustpilot but after my experience with Swedish Hasbeen's I'm telling everyone to stay away from this company. Shoes arrived quick but returns procedure was so slow and arduous, and a pair of shoes that originally cost me £79( £96 including shipping), I only got a refund of £37 (Return shipping was £35 even though original shipping was £17)
These guys do not know what they're doing and are getting away with it clearly. Stay away from them. They deserve the very low rating they have. I would have given them zero if I could

I absolutely adore these shoes. I’ve purchased 4 pair over the past year and have been happy with each purchase. I’m very picky about shoes and feel the styles are timeless and the quality is excellent. I’m a customer for life. The shoes are true to size.

I ordered sandals december 23,2023.... Paid them same day, delivery was going to be UPS. Not yet seen them but UPS could not find me or my home for weeks, I sent New info over n over... Just Paid 425 nok to a collection agency!!!! Paid taxes to, "moms" in norwegianfor extra something😠not happy, almost 1500kr for NOTHING!!! 🤬😡 SKIP THIS SWEEDE🧐

A pair of boots was on my daughter's Christmas wish list. What a shame I failed to look at the Trustpilot site before purchasing! My situation is very much as the others noted here. I have checked and double-checked their website. There is NO MENTION whatsoever even of the POSSIBILITY of customs charges. Prices are quoted as GBP and note that 25% Swedish VAT is included in the price. I was stung for an additional £48 by UPS. Having looked into it, it goes like this. The fact that VAT has been paid in the country of origin cuts no mustard; UPS are still obliged to charge UK VAT. What SHOULD happen is: sale price should exclude VAT and VAT is then legitimately levied in the receiving country. (This, by the way, applies only if the goods have a value greater than £135 other than restricted goods.) Assuming the cost I paid (£160) included Swedish VAT at 25, it is probably the case that, at net, they would have been under £135. I've ended up paying VAT on VAT. Yes, Swedish Hasbeens indeed.

Be careful when buying your shoes from this company because I don’t tell you about custom charges so you’ve paid for your shoes you’ve paid for delivery but then you get hit with the custom charge. Even if you don’t want them anymore you still got a paid custom charge scammers plus £31 custom charge daylight robbery been looking at the reviews there’s not one response from Swedish has been .

Same experience as most. Would rather give zero stars but it made me select 1 star to write.. No doubt the shoes are nice but customer service useless and delivery charges criminal. Some sort of a scam going on i think. I paid £15 for delivery. Expensive but ok it is what it is. Shoes too small. Returned. Meanwhile ordered next size up. Another £15. And then when my returned shoes were received by Swedish Hasbeens they deducted £36. So in total I paid £66 worth of delivery charges for one pair of shoes. I will never order from them again and wi advise anyone else against ordering.

SH messed up the shipping which meant that I was expected to pay extra tax and duties to which they told me to pay and that UPS would then refund me on. UPS made no such promises and SH failed to take any ownership of the problem. Still waiting on my refund as they won’t do anything until UPS have sent the parcel back. So far it’s been weeks.

Like everyone else, it seems, UPS wanted £56 to deliver, which was not highlighted at point of sale. They don’t even reply to questions and delete any negative comments on their Instagram. I wish I had come here first. HORRIBLE COMPANY. Hope they go under.

Miserable experience with UPS, as usual. I have not received anything yet but I have just spent the day waiting for the parcel to arrive just to find out it has been rescheduled for a day next week that is not convenient for me. I also received phishing emails and a telephone call with all my personal details. I don’t know about the shoes but if I hope they are not as bad as customer’s service.

Torturous to wear. Come apart quickly. Return policy is horrific. Basically not worth it to return as they compile tons of return fees. I can’t wear them.

Hidden UPS shipping costs and taxes amounting to a further £52.05, even though the order confirmation shows the cost, shipping and clearly states including VAT.
Had to collect from an access point, which they tried to blame I had selected, even though it evidently shows my home address on the order as deliver to!
Emailed and received several useless responses, it really has been the worst customer service that I have ever encountered.
In their final response, I was patronisingly told that they would take on board the points that I had raised which is absolute lip service considering the amount of existing, almost identical complaints they have already received via trustpilot. Terrible.

After being a customer for years an ordering many times I order as usual and they send me a message that my address does not appear on UPS system(again, many purchases done same way to the same address), I confirm everything is correct and they tell me ok, don't worry, UPS says everything is sorted and they'll send everything to your location. Now my package is sitting at a pick up point 4 hours away from my home. I had to call UPS, pick up point, local delivery branch and send SH a lot of emails with none of them giving me any solution. Can't send another carrier to pick it up because they don't allow it. Swedish hasbeens last message is "Oh, there's nothing more we can do from Sweden, call UPS and solve it with them" Nice way to treat a loyal customer. Obviously this is my last purchase, which is a shame because they sell great products but if you treat your customers like this I think I'll stick to Lotta From Stockholm

Gastos de envío exagerados, tanto cuando te mandan estos zapatos (que en mi opinión no merecen el precio que pagas por ellos, no son muy cómodos si quiera) como cuando los devuelves. 45€ (!!!) en total. Un robo en todos los sentidos.

Sulan lossnade efter ett par timmars användning. Otrevlig kundservice som hävdar att detta är förväntat då det är ”naturliga material” och vägrar att motta reklamering. Undermåligt och i synnerhet med tanke på att skorna kostar 2500kr

Absolutely gutted at the cost!! I ordered to be delivered to Ireland, they took a good while to arrive and it cost €21 for delivery, on top of the expensive price of the shoes. I measured my feet against the size guide to ensure I ordered correctly and when they arrived they were so small. To return would cost me €38 to be deducted from my refund which is ridiculous given the cost of the products. There are plenty of dupes out there of these shoes and I would recommend going for them instead and you’d probably get them for the price of the postage with this company.

Motsvarade inte förväntningarna jag hade med tanke på hur dyra skorna var, sneda sömmar och en sko var lösare än den andra. Jag köpte mina på 70% rea men till och med det tycker jag var för dyrt för den kvaliteten. Dyrt att göra retur. Skorna passar inte en smal fot. Väldigt lösa trots att jag beställde en liten storlek.

Skorna såg fina ut på bild men kvaliteten var verkligen inte bra när de väl levererades tyvärr. En sko hade flera uppenbara fel som gjorde att de inte gick att bära (storleken skiljde markant mellan höger och vänster, och ena skon var felsydd med omedelbart skavsår på insidan av foten som följd). Trots det vägrade kundtjänst acceptera det som en reklamation av oklar anledning.
Därtill tillkommer en rad dolda avgifter vid retur, BÅDE frakt och någon form av hanteringsavgift för returer.
