I ordered from SweetCo for the second time for a school disco, and once again they didn’t disappoint! Great value for money, super easy to deal with, and best of all—really fast delivery (next day to Dublin!). It’s also reassuring that they’re contactable by phone if needed. I purchased my order on the Tuesday evening and was at my doorstep by Thursday morning,it was also very cheap considering other companies,100% will be buying from them again

Placed an order for a birthday present. I was concerned it would not arrive in time so emailed customer service. I received a response almost instantly advising of the current status. The only 2 bits of stock of what I ordered were damaged so new stock was ordered. I was advised of the exact delivery date of the new stock and when I would receive it, I was also given the option to cancel if it would not arrive on time. The order was delivered exactly when they said it would. Fantastic customer service (thank you Jackie). Will definitely be ordering again.

Really lovely products. Ordered 4 kinder baskets for Easter. Exactly as pictured. Great value for money. Got to pick the colour ribbon and a little message. Will definitely be ordering again. Came very fast also and I had email updates every step of the way.

I will give them credit for delivery it was fast. However I paid in total 22euro for a sweet box to give to my husband, and have to say I was so disappointed with it. The amount of sweet in it was tiny for the price you pay for it, the picture of it gives a false sense on what it looks like.

Terrible small company. No customer support. They don’t reply to emails. Very long delay between ordering and delivery. My delivery got lost and they didn’t reply to my emails about it. Avoid at all costs.

This is the first time I've ordered goodies and it won't be the last, I'm not very computer/internet savy, but I found ordering online very simple, my order of candy canes arrived well packaged and delivered on time by DPD, and I'm very happy with the products I ordered. I have to admit I was concerned that the candy canes might arrive broken, but they are all perfect. Thank you for the bonus sugar sticks, I haven't had one in 50 years!
