Apartment has an excelent location, you can walk nearby and find everything, even in winter Time.

Absolutely fantastic stay at Mercury Towers! The apartment was brand new, beautifully furnished, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The views from the terrace were stunning, especially overlooking St Julian’s and the Mediterranean. The rooftop pool was a real highlight, offering breathtaking views. Although the gym was closed during our stay, the management went above and beyond to provide a fantastic alternative, ensuring we didn’t miss out on our fitness routine. The location is perfect—right next to shops, restaurants, and entertainment, making it easy to explore. The apartment itself was impeccably clean, and the check-in process was smooth. The management team was incredibly helpful and accommodating. We felt very well taken care of and had an amazing time. Definitely looking forward to returning! Highly recommend this luxurious stay.

L'appartamento si trova a 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria di Santa Maria Novella e praticamente in centro storico di Firenze, per una famiglia avere a disposizione 3 bagni è stato comodissimo anche per velocizzare i tempi di preparazione, da specificare comunque per interezza di informazioni che non c'è ascensore ma bensì 4 rampe di scale per un totale di 64 gradini, lo specifico per persone con difficoltà motoria , al nostro arrivo era ben pulito, Consigliato

struttura nuovissima e funzionale in prossimità della fermata metro Susa (collegata con l'aeroporto Malpensa e San Babila).
Il soppalco con il letto matrimoniale da migliorare.

Это было самое лучшее пребывание во Флоренции. Расположение, панорама, тишина и уют квартирой, позволили насладиться мои днем рождения по максимуму. Рядом находится необычный бар с видом на реку Арно «calcio storico”, прекрасные рестораны, почта и магазины.
Вернусь снова!

Super welcoming, host met us and introduced the lovely flat and all the amenities! Very spacious, 2 bedrooms 2 full baths, beautiful kitchen and living area, full laundry facilities and oh my, a stunning deck. Very well designed and appointed, located perfectly between train station and town center. Was the most delightful experience! Will definitely be back

Close to most attractions. Quiet area. Furthermore big flat with everything you possibly might need for a convenient family stay in Florence.

We stayed in Milan at the beginning of November, were very pleased with the apartment, price and location. I was a little worried about the deposit, as I never had such an experience before, but everything was returned to the card in 7 days.

Une ARNAQUE ! Agence à FUIR ! Ils vous volent votre argent en rajoutant des frais obligatoire si vous voulez entrer dans le logement. Nous les avons contacter car le chauffage ne marchait pas ils ne répondaient jamais nous avons eu froid pendant tout notre séjour! C’est INADMISSIBLE cette agence devrait fermé tellement ils manquent de respect aux voyageurs. Nous attendons toujours le remboursement de notre caution de 250e qui a été débitée… et devait nous être remboursé le jour même soit il y a une semaine. SWEET STAY VOLEUR UN CONSEIL NE RÉSERVEZ JAMAIS AVEC EUX

Nous recommandons cet appartement pour son emplacement au cœur du centre historique près de l’Arno et du Ponte Vecchio.
Il y a un grand escalier à monter au 2 étage mais le prix de la location intéressant compense ce désagrément. L’accueil est très sympathique, l’appartement est spacieux pour 4 avec 2 grandes chambres et la propriété est irréprochable. Le quartier est très commerçant.

I am using every method possible to warn people about this company, and about Booking.com, who (in my view) negligently allow Sweetstay to advertise properties on their platform. At the last minute our accommodation in Gibraltar was changed. The alternative accommodation was awful. After having one shower, none of our four was able to shower again because the drain flooded the shower room. The contact given never showed up to fix it before we left. There was also water leaking through the ceiling from above. We aslo ended up paying more than the price agreed for a much lower grade standard of accommodation. You might have a great experience with this mob, but please don't risk it as if things go wrong they may ruin your holiday. Also be careful about using Booking.com as they obvioulsy seem to tolerate cowboys like this advertising on their website.
