I've ordered a crown for my larp character and the model wasn't avaliable anymore.
So the costumer service informed me and we had a very nice and kind chat, because all the models were out.
I then changed my order and repainted the crown in gold by myself and now it serves me as a crown for my Snowwhite character.
It's so pretty and well made, I am in love!

I have worn many crowns over the years as a performer, and my SweetV crown is by far the most beautiful and highest quality. Every detail of the intricate design is perfectly executed. The weight is heavy enough to be durable, but still comfortable, and the stones sparkle beautifully. I will absolutely be ordering from SweetV from now on, and I will be recommending them to all character performers with whom I am connected.

I have so many tiaras and crowns from SweetV and they just bring me so much joy!! I use them for cosplay and historical costuming, for fantasy balls, for photoshoots, or just wear them around my house when I’m having a bad day because things can’t be that bad if I’ve got a tiara on! They also make for great home decor, I have an entire display shelf dedicated to them and the sparkly shelf just makes me so happy! They’ve held up really well to repeat use, and the wide variety of designs means there’s always something to fit my every project! My latest additions were a couple spooky crowns from their latest Halloween line and I’m so happy with the quality and shine and unique designs!!

I have several crowns from sweetv and I love them all! They always come so fast and they’re each so gorgeous. It’s hard to pick a favorite but my husband and I got one of their his and hers sets and we got a lot of compliments when we wore them to a costume event.

I absolutely adore SWEETV crowns. Every single one is elegantly crafted & extremely durable. They are STUNNING and each is incredibly unique. If you love crowns these are a MUST HAVE. They are perfect for all kinds of different occasions ranging from cosplays, formal events, & just to wear casually when you want to feel like you’re royalty from a fantasy world. In my opinion, everyone needs at least one crown & SWEETV is the place to get them.

No answer for weeks!

I adore this company. I have dozens of SweetV crowns and each of them is unique and beautiful. I look forward to their new releases. They deliver quickly and I've never had an issue in the years I've been collecting their crowns.

This company can improve by having their website properly updated regularly so that people don't order out of stock items. I ordered 2 beautiful tiaras for my formal, and the next day I got an email that was not only very badly written but told me that both the tiaras I ordered were out of stock. The customer service despite being 24/7, only responds to me at 1:30pm and 8:00pm. Every time I tried to replace my items, I was again told that they were out of stock, even though the website says otherwise. I am now worried that I may not get the items in time despite ordering express shipping, and the free tiara they offered me is quite pretty, but not quite my style, and when I attempted to change it to one that they had previously stated was in stock, I was again told it was not. If you live in Australia, please do not by from this company during EOFY sales. Things may be different at different times of the year, but in this case, the website was atrocious, wouldn't load half the time, and customer service looks like it's written by a robot, or someone who speaks very little or very bad English.
