So ive moved to this site, after being elsewhere .. my reviews will show where, and have found it to be a very pleasurable experience so far, the mods are helpful, the people are chatty, the platform is really good. Ok you pay a bit more for it, but it does have advantages, we have a couples profile, that we can both use at the same time in chat. So there is no need to have multiple profiles. Which is a fantastic feature. The mods have been really helpful, any tech issues and they are straight on it. Admin respond when you put in support tickets, with a common sense and reasonable response. So far it has been really good, and very professionally operated.

One of the best Adult Dating sites around, been a member for nearly 20 years on and off. Great genuine community with like minded individuals. Very busy chat rooms with 1000s online 24 hours a day. Fairly moderated and support is always fairly quick and helpful. I think the groups section could be a bit better as I find that a bit clunky and hard to find. Lots of matches and all the members and messages are real. Had some great action on here over the years.

They seem to protect their fake accounts meaning single guys pretending to women or couples, this is very unsafe they wont allow naming and shaming and they just these guys carry on, this is a very dangerous site for women to use the admins or moderators dont care for you safety .

Caught them artificially inflating their number of matches, which they *admitted to doing in an email from their Support* and, when I posted about that in their forums, they banned my account.

At one point, they were telling me "You have 16 matches online!" and, checking each one, only 3 were *actual* matches. So, I submitted a support ticket and got this reply:
"It was decided by the site owner that if anyone had under 500 matches we would boost this by expanding the parameters. "
Which means "lie to our paying customers to look like we have more to offer them.

I posted this information to their forums (used by almost no members) and they banned me for outing them.

Their reply? "We can ban anyone at any time for any reason and keep their money".

But (update) Paypal gave me a full refund.

Customer service is truly appalling
There is is no conversation with customers at all
I have been paying for 10 years but enough is enough
If the owners can not be bothered with their customers then they should suffer
I’m not renewing
My biggest gripe is with media posting
Most sites approve in minutes, swinging heaven is currently taking over 24 hours
Then the worst news is your media is removed from the gallery for at least another 24 hours
No explanation

Unacceptable

Very tricky! I didn't pay for a subscription but they took the money anyway, from the card I used as verification. So it isn't free? I didn't look at Singer Heaven for months during the lockdowns, and forgot about it tbh, then all of a sudden £44.95 was taken from my account!

Nice looking site but mostly single guys. Also dangerous as over zealous administrators try to stop you communicating outside the site as to do so in the site mean more money, not cool. Go elsewhere, others better.

Strange - You have to UPGRADE £££££sssss to view your OWN PHOTOS that people have liked - MADNESS !

I was band for telling a bunch of cyber bullys off that where trying to bully me. The customer service is bad alway saying the profile matches and look at profile and in big bold no single males. I wouldn't recommend this site to anyone

I have been looking at a few of these type of lifestyle sites and it is quite up to date with its features that chatroom is top notch IMHO. Previous reviewers have slated the other members... a bit odd.. my experience was fairly good on this one (and you cant blame a site for messers). Prior to this second lockdown I had a couple of meets with real people.

Seems like they have very few real members, most I contacted were fake and some try to scam you for money or contact/social media info.

Only thing worse than the fake members is; the unbelievably horrible and arrogant and I really mean arrogant!!! excuse for customer service, lazy and ignorant would describe my first impression and every one after

As well, they hide deep in the fine print that you can not cancel and there is no refunds.

Lot's of other quality Swing sites out there, I'd stay away from this one.

Totally love the UK site. Cost as been in line with other sites. So dont find it any more or any less.
Moderators, have always been fair, even when you dont agree with the choices. Global chat is amazing, to be linked with all the sister sites.

Absolute s**t site. Overpriced memberships. Ban accounts regularly for no reason. Its all just a money grab. Avoid this site. Absolutely nothing is free on this site other than opening a profile every other action after that costs money.

Horrible site, full of time wasters and fake profiles. I'm certain people are paid to talk to members.

Nice looking women will have a long conversation with you then BAM, you never hear from them again.

This site will give you mental anguish. It will mentally abuse you with how it is set up to run. You will leave feeling depressed like I do.

Please please please avoid this site like the plague. i think the ratio is 99% scam and 1% real members. Good luck finding them!!

Site crashed Dec 21st and deleted a load of members pictures and profiles. Site owners don't answer emails, don't even say sorry.
Got 1 weeks worth of membership for £36!!
Save your money.

I don't know what the others are on about, its true there are charges for some parts of the site, but its like everything, you get what you pay for, the site is well run and a fun place to be.

Its also clear that a lot of effort is put into running the site, there's been a steady flow of new features since I've been there and the support team have been extremely helpful, plus I've made a lot of friends and found new swinging partners.

This site wants reporting to Trading Standards.In their speil they constantly refer to being a 'FREE' site and yet as soon as i tried to reply to my messages I was asked for payment of at least £16.95 per month!
