Swinley Bike Hub Reviews

The bike o hired was in good condition, and the staff are friendly.
Swinley forest, and the summit bike park are well worth a visit

Great staff and friendly atmosphere. Various grades of MTB skill trails to really help improve your riding. Great.

We had an absolutely brilliant time at Swinley Bike Hub! The kids had a fab day — the whole place is perfect for families. The trails are really well-designed, with great flow and plenty of variety, and the downhill sections were a big hit with all of us. The bike hire process was completely flawless — quick, easy, and super friendly.
If there’s one thing the place is missing, it’s a small changing room for riders to get into clean clothes after ending up muddy from head to toe :)
Highly recommended — we’ll definitely be back! 🚴‍♂️✨

Great Trails, good quality bikes to hire

Very fun trails. I also enjoyed the bikes, they were high quality and capable bikes.

Fantastic singletrack tour session with Simon. As a beginner I got a ton of guidance and comfort which was key to discover and appreciate this exciting sport in the beautiful setting of Swinley forest. Highly recommended

Great service.

Swinley provided us with bikes and an instructor for a morning of trail riding. We had an introduction to riding the bikes and getting used to the brakes, gears and trails in the area closest to the Bike Hub before heading further afield into the forest. The whole group, ranging in age from 11 - 16, had a great time and loved the opportunities to test their cycling skills off road.

Great service. Bike was very well maintained and all ready for pick up time. Super helpful with regards to the trails and planning out a great ride for myself and 2 children.

Fantastic place and lovely people.
The bike I rented was in great condition, and our instructor Mary Ann was just awesome!

Really friendly team and a well run operation. Excellent bikes and even free helmet hire. Just turn up and ride. Will certainly use again, thanks guys.

Really fun day out. Beautiful forest

Staff go above and beyond, knowledgeable and understanding!

Thanks to your staff being helpful in changing our son's bike to a bigger one and the great bikes that are for hire, plus the fun trails and open space at Swinley we had a great time as always as a family!

Great service, great bike and amazing trails!

It was a lot of fun. Having not done mountain biking before it was a very enjoyable experience. Being out in nature with lots of variety of trails- lovely challenging 2 hours spent.

Had a training session with Simon today. He was a great coach and gave me useful tips and video footage showing what to work on that I’m sure will help in future. The location and training area were great. Will definitely go back for the trails one day. Would definitely recommend for the coaching.

Great service and advice at the bike hire, and great advice at the Summit. My 10-yr old son loves it there. Thank you to the team.
