1 month on and still not received my order. When you can actually get through to speak to someone you just get fed a load of lies. The worst company I have ever dealt with. Please do not use them this is the second time I have had problems with them.

Totally useless. Ordered a Swiss nail care card. 3 weeks after despatch it hasnt arrived and they claim an issue with customs documents. Poor communication, no refund.

After placing an order for a huntsman I received an email invoice for the product as expected, however my tracking number was shown as "0" and as such I could not track my package at all.
Delivery day came and nothing, not a text or email or anything.
3 days after delivery day and I was lucky to be at home at the time when the package arrived.

The item itself is great, just what you'd expect of victorinox products, it came in safe packaging too.

So if you are comfortable with ordering and knowing it may one day turn up but definitely not on the day stated, then all is good
If not, Amazon do the same thing but at a lower price.

After ordering a gift for my partners birthday
I recieved all the normal emails of order recieved, invoice,dispatched but then a support team contacted me saying unable to deliver and that they've cancelled my order. This was because the house number and street address were on two different lines. Then I get a new email saying unable to deliver and to rearrange delivery with the support team which completelycontradicts what they did. Finally when I went to re-order this it is now out of stock. I am devastated and out of words for this experience. Do not buy direct from Victorinox!

I am quite confused, I bough a Victorinox 1.3613.B1 a knife with wood saw (as indicated on the package), but when I open the package the wood saw was not present. This is the second time that happened with this kind of knife, I returned already the same item that I purchase online for the same reason: no wood saw!!!! Quality problem....it is a pity because I like the product.

I have aways liked these Swiss Army knives a real lot. I like Wenger brand too as well, but these ones are my favourites. Was sad when they changed production years ago to overseas, mostly India. Indian steel not as good. Overall happy with my ones all. All Swiss steel made, originals. I was a fan of these pocket knives long before McGuyver used a different knife in every series episode of the hit US TV show. To get himself out of a fix like a Felix the Cat in real life situations of do or die survival.

After three and half month finally had a knife returned after being returned to their service department in Leicester as it was faulty.
It did have to go to Switzerland for repair but all they had to do was keep the customer updated.
Pleased to say it is all working perfectly.
Customer service doesn't take much but goes along way. At least that way one does know what is going on.
Just keep any receipts and keep pestering.

This the worst company I have ever dealt with online.
In December 2020 I ordered 3 items online from their website and that is where the farce began.
In January 2021 I had still not received my order and I contacted Victorinox using their website.
They stated that UK Mail / DHL? had attempted a delivery, but no one was at home.
I was at home at the time they stated and no attempted delivery card had been posted through my door?
They also stated that they could not "interfere with
the delivery process" ie track their own deliveries.
To cut a long story short on the 26 Jan 2021 they refunded my account stating they had received the returned articles.
On the 29 March 2021 they emailed me stating they were going to charge me again for the items as I had collected my parcel on the 29 Jan 2021. 3 days after they had received the returned items?
I have of course emailed Victorinox to and asked them to prove that I collected the parcel. Which I have not!
Avoid this company their customer service is terrible.

Own a lot of them myself

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. After 6 emails and 21 days I still have not had my item, they just waste time, I have phoned them, still timewasting, they even told me it had to come from germany, as if i wasnt aware! but it sits at a DHL uk depot. since 23rd Oct. can't be moved because it has a recycled number?
I have now opened a case with Paypal, so maybe I shall soon get my money back. Definitely do not use if you want any type of service.

I have owned and used Victorinox Swiss Army Knives all of my life and own several of them. Two of my knives have had minor damage that has accumulated many years ago. One, the Minichamp, had the tip broken off the letter opener. The other, Midnite Minichamp, had the scissors break off. I contacted Victorinox customer service via their website and submitted the details. I was provided a Repair Order number for each knife and sent them, recorded delivery, to Victorinox. I monitored the repair progress via the website and after a few weeks, received return tracking details. Today, I received both knives back and they look like new! The problems are fixed and the repair person replaced the scales on both knives, making them look like new! From mailing the items out to receiving them back repaired took exactly a month to the day. OVER THE MOON! Bravo Victorinox!

Ordered a couple of items directly from Victorinox. After waiting many days for delivery I checked the tracking information of the carrier, DHL. This showed as being 'delivered'. I contacted Victorinox on the phone. The guy took no details at all from me and spoke over me to say that "a delivered status does not mean the package has been delivered" (!) and told me to contact Victorinox by message. When I asked why I would message when I had him on the phone he continued to talk over me repeating himself.

Contacted Victorinox by online message. Eventually got a response to say I should wait a few more days. Nothing to indicate they had even looked at my order or shown any interest in a non delivery.

Victorinox customer service is sorely lacking. My advise is not to buy from Victorinox directly but through a third party. I now have to try and get a refund.

I have used the scissors in the smallest swiss army knives (VI0.6223) for years, cutting out very small paper patterns for medical training manikins. No other scissors, even scissors used for microsurgery work as well. I have had to replace them at intervals because the springs eventually break. This has just happened and for the first time the quality of the scissor blades is really poor. I've had to try and sharpen them from new to make them minimally serviceable. I contacted the manufacturers to complain and have heard nothing. This is poor quality and poor quality control added to poor customer service. Very disappointing and quite frankly, surprising.

I bought a Forrester Wood Knife, After one week the Scale on one side is already loose. It's barely been out of my pocket. I called customer services on the number provided and they told me I could not return the product as it had been in use. I will never shop with them again. The customer services were very rude as well. Not a good experience.

Was given a Victorinox army knife years ago, and happy to say its still works really well, and works as it was designed and intended. Nice build quality, and give's me a pleasure knowing there still built here in Europe, by the same nation of people who also build the best watches, and apparently chocolate.

i bought a swiss army knife thinking they where like the one i had for 35 years ... my bad , after 3 month in south-east asia it would'nt open ... completely stuck , piece o sh... , i also bought a back pack at the same occasion , poorly chinese made but at an exorbitant price , the seams ripped after only 1 month , have to repair it every few month . "Luxury items" only made to look good & collect dust in your appartement.

Review in relation to customer service only from Victorinox at the office on 02037349264, not the quality of their products. I placed an order, and didn’t receive a confirmation email. I called and was told no info until tomorrow. I called back and emailed the next day and was told the order didn’t go through. Despite the balance showing a deficit and authorisation code from my bank. No apology, no attempt to sort anything out. Just “it’s not gone through or you’d have received a confirmation email”. When I complained about their lack of customer service. I received this...

But no answer to my query. In view of the tone of the previous emails it felt very cocky and dismissive when I had been really trying to get to the bottom of my money being taken without any email confirmation and whether I would be charged for returning the product of it arrived.
It hasn’t been a great experience but thankfully it made me look elsewhere for the products. I have also found their Swiss products 1/3 cheaper on a large online retailer with free next day delivery so will never need to use this company again.

I have and old one that is the exact same knife, and it lasted over 20 years. It was in my pocket daily and used often.
