Bought a limited edition Chanel watch(>$10K) for my wife’s recent birthday. Darryl(owner) was extremely quick with email responses and kept me informed as this watch had to be ordered from Europe and took a few weeks to get here. Managed to get here right on time for her birthday(thanks to overnight shipping from Swiss Luxury) and I have been extremely happy with the service from Swiss Luxury. The price of the watch was also substantially less than the local Chanel stores. Came in perfect condition with box and papers. Would definitely order from here again. Hopefully this gives you some peace of mind if you are ordering an expensive watch online.

Company sells the jaeger Q2548520 on their website. I bought it and was informed they dont even have it - nor can procure it so they cancelled the order.

Needless to say the watch is still on their webpage online weeks later.
