Ordered goods but they never turned up the tracking advised that it was delivered but it never showed up and the date it said it was delivered was not a day couriers deliver so s complete farce.

Unfortunately, the Facebook sales are a known scam, and you should file a chargeback on your credit card. We are sure they can help.
Note that when you purchase from us, either at www.swisswatchexpo.com or by calling us at (404) 814-1814, you will see that we are very transparent -- we offer live video calls via FaceTime and WhatsApp to show our clients our physical retail store, our elite in-house service center staffed with Swiss-trained master watchmakers, and their chosen watches. You will be able to see that we have around 3,000 watches in stick, and forty employees working hard to fulfill all of our orders, all done with an Atlanta Police Officer present.

Watch looks great, but is really sold as they got it, they DO NOT service the watch first.
Bought a Rolex from them several months ago $8000, looked great when it arrived, but the the watch was not inspected or serviced before sale. The watch runs fast by 5 minutes a MONTH, have to reset every month!!! The inside of the crystal is cloudy, clean the surface and it still looks cloudy. Slick selling machine!! I will be taking my watch to a certified Rolex dealer for reconditioning at a cost of $1200. I bought my 1st Rolex 30 years ago from a registered dealer, so I am not a newbie to Rolex watches.

I have had the amazing experience of visiting this store in Atlanta on business travels, years later (2023) I decided to buy a Rolex Yachtmaster from them. I called to get some additional info as they had several options of the same model available. Meg was absolutely amazing on the phone, no pressure at all and I followed her suggestion, purchased the time piece (online) and it shipped the same day arriving 2 days later as expected. The watch was perfect as was the service.

Defective Rolex watch sold
I purchased a Rolex watch from Swiss watch expo.
Watch was sent from the U.S. to Canada. When I received it, I noticed that it was defective and did not wind. I contacted the company and got the runaround of how to wind a watch.
After confirming that the watch was indeed defective, I was told to ship it back at my expense.
A third party insurance is needed for shipping pricy items. They use such an insurance but declined their service to me.
I ended up taking the watch to Rolex for repair.
$ 900 later the watch works as it should.
Swiss watch expo clearly does not care about inspecting items before shipping them out to the customers, nor do they care about supporting their customers after sales go wrong.
Much better dealers out there.
Update.
4 years later I received a response! I contacted them after noticing the issue. They explained how to wind a watch. No assistance regarding sending the watch back in was given. Watches are clearly not inspected before shipping!
This outfit is all wrong.

To clarify, every watch we sell is thoroughly authenticated, inspected, and tested by our in-house team of Rolex-trained master watchmakers before it ships. While rare, mechanical issues can occasionally arise in timepieces — which is why all of our watches are covered under a comprehensive warranty.
When a warranty issue is reported, our standard process is to receive the watch back at our facility so our team can inspect and resolve the issue. We provide guidance on secure shipping, but clients are responsible for return shipping.
We're sorry to hear you chose to go directly to Rolex for service rather than return the watch to us under warranty. Had we received the watch, we would have addressed the issue at no cost to you.
