Swoop was easy to work and communicate with. Their local partners were always helpful and easy to communicate with. They tailored my trip to Patagonia based on my interests and budget. The excursions were unforgettable and so much fun. The whole trip was so smooth and organized. I loved Swoop's Adventure Planner and travel guide. Such helpful resources.

Patagonia was such a life changing trip. I enjoyed every moment of the hikes and excursions.

The planning of our trip involved great listening by Swoop. They really tailor it to the customer. Also, everything worked as hoped. We were always picked up by nice folks and taken exactly where we wanted. The guides were great, knowledgeable and patient.

The pre-trip contact and information was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble for the team. The organization was absolutely fabulous, they made sure that everything we wanted to do was included in the cost. When we had an issue in country they were readily available to sort it out.

Firstly and arguably most importantly Swoop spent a lot of time understanding us and discussing the options we had. What I particularly liked was that all the information we required was available months in advance of our departure. Nothing, that I could see, was left to chance.
The only minor criticism I have is that the website was a little clunky in places but that did not detract from the whole experience.

Wow. Patagonia Camp surpassed all expectations! The yurts were really comfortable. The dining service is impeccable. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The location is brilliant even though you must drive into the park each day for most of the hiking. There are some lovely trails around the camp.
The guides brought every single hike that we did to life. They were enthusiastic, knowledgeable and fun. A real asset for Patagonia Camp. I would love to return!!

Fantastic service right through from the planning mode, flight booking and changes, driver pick ups and outstanding guides.
We visited Chile and Argentina starting with the Atacama Desert and ending up with a trek around Mt Fitzroy. We loved every minute and couldn’t recommend this company more highly.
Their staff were always available and helped us through flight changes, which meant a lot of rescheduling, and our baggage being stuck in Madrid when we arrived in Santiago.
All our guides were extremely kind, friendly, and knowledgeable whether we were talking geology, wildlife or politics. They really went the extra mile to make it a brilliant trip.

We used Swoop to plan and book a trip to Patagonia (Chile). It was tight vacation window and we had varrying levels of fittness and diffeent goals amongst our small family of four. They did a great job of planning a flexible itenerary that worked for all and maximized our time in Patagonia. I would recommend their services to anyone. Yes, if you have two months to backpack around and figure it out as you go, you might not require their level of white-glove service, but with only 14 days away from reality, planning and booking through Swoop ensured that we maximized our once in a lifetime experience.

Starts with the driver that picked us up-on time, clean well maintained, comfortable ride. Next was meeting all the other "team members" we would share the week with and our two incredible guides. This is followed up with some very comfortable living spaces we would be enjoying supported by a pleasant staff. However the topper would be the delicious meals that followed day after day while at EcoCamp. Our guides however are what really made all the hours out on the trial a special experience for us.

Our guide Cristina was the best! So knowledgeable!! She made the trip
