A few problems
I was told the courtesy car was not available even although I had booked it.
My car now moves forward immediately from a stop position at junctions and traffic lights.
Also when stopped on a slope, and key taken out, the car now moves forward or backwards a few iinches. I hope these will be rectified at my next visit when my media system, which has been showing initialising, will be updated

I booked my S3 in for its 3rd service &…
I booked my S3 in for its 3rd service & 1st MOT 2 weeks before its 3 year manufactures warranty ran out. I specifically asked in writing for the car to be properly test driven as there was a droning noise coming from the rear.
When we picked the car up I was told everything was OK & the car had passed its safety check. I asked if it had been test driven & was repeatedly told the car was fine.
So we went on holiday & the droning was still there! When we came back from holiday they couldn't get me back in to look at the car with a courtesy car for a month! When we did eventually get the car back I insisted a technician come out with me for a test drive. Within half a mile he told me a rear wheel bearing was failing & needed replacing. As the car was now out of warranty this was chargeable!!
So Huddersfield Audi either didn't do as I asked when it was in for its service & let me run around in a potentially dangerous car or they did know, but didn't want the cost of putting it right under the warranty!! Either way it's shocking service when you have spent £40k on a car with them. Take your Audi to an Independent garage, I will next time.

Terrible experience at Huddersfield…
Terrible experience at Huddersfield Audi. my car showed a fault like and was diagnosed as the driver select mechanism in the gearbox was faulty. They allegedly repaired this to the time of £900! upon driving the car away there was a huge cluncking and rattle noise retuned to Audi who said nothing wrong it’s “backlash”. Never heard of this and my car is sounding worse than when I dropped it off with them. Not happy I do not believe they have fixed the original fault properly and if they have they have produced another fault. Stay clear of this dealership not up to Audi standards. official complaint lodged with Audi uk.

My wife and I recently purchased an Approved Used Audi A6 e-tron Avant from Huddersfield Audi, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish.
Our sales representative, Jonathan, was an absolute pleasure to deal with. As we live in Scotland, the whole transaction was completed remotely, but Jonathan made the process incredibly straightforward and stress-free. He was friendly, professional, responsive, and kept us informed throughout every stage of the purchase.
The car was delivered to us exactly as described and presented in fantastic condition. Buying a car without visiting the dealership in person can feel daunting, but Jonathan’s honesty, communication, and attention to detail gave us complete confidence throughout.
We’re absolutely delighted with both the car and the service we received. A big thank you to Jonathan and the team at Huddersfield Audi for making the experience so smooth and enjoyable. We would happily recommend them to anyone considering an Approved Used Audi purchase.

The customer service and handover
The customer service and handover we received from Sophia was excellent , as was Bradley when we first visited store. They both represented the store very well. The only negative point would be the overly complicated paperwork. The numbers provided were not easy to follow once you left the showroom. We understand that things have to be shown in a certain way for the store, but a more customer friendly versions would be helpful for the customer.
