Service from Hell
Service from Hell. Absolutely shocking experience.
If you’re getting a BMW, I’d seriously avoid this dealership for servicing.
I reported a clear issue with my AC and, instead of listening, Lawrence spoke to me on the phone in an incredibly patronising way, questioning whether I even understood how an AC unit worked and whether there was actually anything wrong with it.
After I pushed back and insisted they investigate it properly, surprise surprise — BMW found and confirmed a significant fault with the AC.
Throughout the entire process, I received ZERO updates. No calls, no progress updates, nothing. I had to constantly chase BMW myself just to find out what was happening with my own car.
Then, unbelievably, I left my house keys attached to the courtesy-car keys when returning the car. I called and was told they didn’t have them. I knew I’d handed them over, so I drove all the way back to the dealership myself and suddenly they found them.
How can a dealership tell a customer they don’t have the keys to their HOME when they’re actually sitting there? Why did they not want me to find these keys?!!??
Being spoken down to, proven right about the fault, given zero communication, and then being incorrectly told my house keys weren’t there is beyond poor service.
For a premium brand, this has been an embarrassingly bad experience. BMW/Sytner management seriously need to look into how this dealership is being run.

Awful dealership, lies and miss selling of a vehicle i purchased for my parents. Tim bush and his manager Narsim were not honest, emailed me several times acknowledging their mistake and nothing was done. I had to go to a another garage and pay over £400 because they sold me a faulty BMW. Despite promising to re-imburse my reciept - i was completely ignored. obviously the car wasn't checked. Worst experience ive ever had. AVOID this dealership at all costs!

My BMW i3 was recently with the service department at Sytner High Wycombe with an intermittent fault to do with the braking system which took longer than expected to resolve. However the service I received from everyone at the dealership, especially Ellie was excellent. She was always friendly, polite and efficient and kept in touch regularly with updates.
