Sytner Group - Sytner Leicester MINI Reviews 

We arrived on a very busy Tuesday morning at the scheduled time following a bank holiday Monday. Even though it was obviously a very busy period the drive in service again worked an absolute dream , we waited less than 5 minutes before our vehicle was booked in and we were asked to take a seat in reception and wait for our service advisor Rob Murkett and again within 5 minutes Rob was with us explaining the works that they were going to carry out and then spent time listening to just a couple of minor concerns we had he assured me they would be addressed .It was an all day appointment which I hadn’t realised when booking ,we asked Rob if there was any chance the works could be completed by mid afternoon and he said he would he would do his best for us .To our delight Rob called us at 14:00 to say our vehicle was ready for collection. This is the 3rd time we have used Sytner Leicester and we can honestly say the service we receive has been absolutely fantastic

Tommy has been truly helpful throughout the whole process from when I first decided to change my car. Soon as I decided to change it was all made very easy to do.

My experience with the Sytner Group at Leicester was mixed. I had two different sales representatives during my engagement; one made the overall experience less satisfactory while the other, Sophia Bromley (the sales executive) was more helpful, courteous and professional.

I expressed my dissatisfaction with the experience I had and the manager, who was very professional, made an effort to rectify the situation.

There were a few minor scratches on the car which I was concerned about given that it is not even two years old and has only been driven 2,600 miles.

My rating would have been higher had Sophia Bromley been the sole sales representative I dealt with which unfortunately was not the case.

If you are purchasing a mini from Leicester, I recommend requesting to deal with Sophia Bromley.

After spotting a Mini John Cooper Works on the Mini used approved website- we placed the deposit to be first to view it. We visited Sytner Mini Leicester to see it. We had no pictures initially on the site to view as the car had only just been delivered there but it was as described. Excellent. Kelly was the first of the sales team I initially spoke to over the
Phone and she said it would be available for myself and partner to view - but explained it was not yet prepared properly but any issues that needed addressing would be attended to. Her colleague Tasha went through the details on the day with us - giving us plenty of time looking over the car and assisting with our part exchange - and Grace the business manager also provided facts figures and recommendations for our payment plan. We were not rushed , given plenty of information and support and Sytner gave us a good price for our exchange vehicle and provided an excellent payment and warranty/ protection plan for our new car. It
was a refreshing experience compared to the hard sell and previously male dominated area when purchasing goods.
After agreement was
made and papers signed, I left Sytner, confident in the purchase of my new vehicle, and delighted with the entire process. Thanks to Tasha, Kelly and Grace for their work and would highly recommend anyone considering such a purchase as mine to go to Sytner Mini Leicester first.

Synter Leicester came first out of four separate Mini franchises that we contacted, each with the same vehicle brief.
The differentiator was Kerry Hill.
Kerry responded quickest, with clear details and a video that was better than the competition.
This was followed up with a commercial offer structured by Denice Mowels that meet our needs.

Both Paige and Claire were a great example of excellent customer service. Polite, Professional and engaging .
This was supported by Grace in the finance department
On the day of collection Claire was really helpful. This was followed up by a call the next day to check all was ok .

I have purchased multiple cars but the pre sales service I received from the Sytner Leicester team was magnificent. I interacted with a number of different sellers and they all worked seamlessly as a single team! I could not find fault with any part of the sales process, Tasha/Kerry and Joe deserve enormous credit! Well done.
