Great customer service all round.

Kept updated personally and via watsap the whole time i was there.

Technicians and service contact took time to talk through things with me.

Very Nice staffs and comfortable waiting area with offering of drinks and snacks.

A very average sales experience. We were given a test ride and the sales rep sat down to build a configuration - all good.

I asked the rep how much it would cost me and he said he couldn't give me the final amount until he knew I was going to buy. How do you make a purchase decision without knowing how much it's going to cost?

I tried asking again and the rep reiterated that he couldn't talk to his manager about cost unless he knew I was buying.

It has been 10 days since and we're yet to receive a follow-up call or email. This is Sales 101 - you lose contact and you lose the customer.

Anyway, we've placed our order with Hedin BMW in Woolwich, who gave us an offer we couldn't refuse, an earlier delivery timeline, and a 5-star customer experience.

Very helpful and polite. I went in with flat tyre that was replaced the next day and they also fitted in my service and MOT that was booked for a week ahead.

Purchased a new X3 M50 and the sale was presided over by Jeremy who was great, paperwork was quick and easy to complete.

Terrible service. I would not trust BMW Sytner Maidenhead - avoid this dealership! They incorrectly diagnosed my husbands car - which would have cost hundreds to fix. Thank fully we have a trustworthy, reliable mechanic who set us straight. They’ve done it to my car in the past too. When trying to get a part from them had to go back three times to get it- first they ordered and said it hadn’t been delivered , then they ordered and then lost it and then didn’t call to let me know it had arrived . Shoddy service and untrustworthy diagnostics .AVOID

The service from Imran was excellent, keep me informed through the whole process, was transparent and was value for money. Would highly recommend.

Kelly and the team were welcoming and very helpful, delivering coffee when required whilst I waited for my M3 to have its oil changed prior to a raod trip.
