Very pleased with service received and I'm very happy with the car.

The staff, particularly Miles and Jamie were helpful and pleasant.
Miles went out of his way to help me. A really good video sent to help me with some of the technology, and he talked me through everything concisely.
The telephone system and communication were not good. Reception staff didn’t seem to know how to put me through to the person I wanted to speak to, and sometimes didn’t recognise the names of the staff.
The car seems to be very good, only driven for a week so cannot tell yet, but it was what I was looking for.
Overall very pleased.

Great service always, don’t rush you when deciding on what car to purchase, honest approach to everything and realistic prices. Good communication throughout and very happy with my car.

Great experience, great service at the Newport Mini branch - the staff were excellent, attentive, well informed and had a great sense of humour.

Would have given a full 5 stars but the group buyer did get our order wrong and we took a Step-tronic auto instead of the manual that we had ordered.

However they handled it very well, and we were given the option to test drive, wait for a replacement or take the auto. In the end after having driven it we took the auto and its been great to drive.

James was super helpful throughout the whole process and I’ve been absolutely loving my mini ever since. Highly recommend!

Hi all,
We decided to have a new car for my wife, she chose a mini cooper with a certain spec, the sales person James found the right car for us, did all he could to transfer from another dealership very well completed, he was polite, friendly, full of useful information, patient & very professional, the commercial team the other James was also very professional, my only observation was that the ladies from commercial were a bit frosty on the day we signed all the documentation, I don't know if it was us or something had gone on in the showroom,

Looking around for a new or ex demonstrator car and was delighted by the helpful attitude shown by Miles at Sytner Newport. Ended up buying a Special Edition MINI Boardwalk and couldn’t have been more pleased with the service provided by him.

Excellent service. When picking up my new car the service was quick and efficient, all my questions answered in a very friendly atmosphere.

Picked up my new mini last week, the whole team at Sytner Newport were amazing from start to finish. A big thank you to Tilly Hamlett-Price who went above and beyond to make sure everything was spot on! A great experience even in difficult times. This is my fourth mini, and I will definitely be going back to Sytner Newport to purchase my fifth!

Staff were efficient and friendly. The handover was a little rushed but that was understandable with the social distancing rules

Bought my mini online through Tilly Hamlett Price, at Sytner, Newport. Tilly was very helpful and efficient. The car was delivered a couple of days later by Callum who was also very helpful. He waited while we checked the car over & asked if we needed anything explaining on the vehicle. Both Tilly & Callum did an excellent job, I have never bought a car as easy. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Product great, staff knowledge of cars and specifications very good. Difficult times for timeline projection, but staff kept me informed.

Excellent all round service. James (salesman) was a pleasure to deal with, extremely knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Slight fault highlighted with the tyre pressures, which was sorted out quickly and efficiently.
