What made my experience great was the customer care israr that attend to us, and I he was so polite, willing to assist and cheering.

We have been dealing with israr for the delivery of the vehicle, somethings was completely out of his hand he he did bend over backwards helping out and he communicated throughout and knowing we was travelling over 4 hours to get the car he couldn’t have been more accommodating and will be coming here for my wife’s next car.

Extended warranty - waste of time
Extended warranty? Absolute waste of money. They make you go down to diagnose the problem and you pay £100 for that. If it’s covered by the warranty, they’ll fix it. Fine. But then, I had my car booked in, and the part wasn’t there on the day it was booked in, then they ordered it and the wrong part came, and I was without my car for a week. I had to go and get it as I needed it. Complete waste of money and fuel for a failed repair.
…But then, the issue came back. Warning light back on 2 weeks later. I then had to drive my car down AGAIN to be diagnosed, just to say “it needs coding by the manufacturer”. Couldn’t you have told me that the last time you fixed it rather than wasting my time and fuel on another “diagnostic”? So now I’ve got to pay £180+ to Mercedes for a diagnostic, and then who knows how much more, to code something they’ve fixed but they can’t complete. All the time, I’ve wasted countless amounts of fuel and time in driving to and forth from Wakefield. Don’t even waste your time or money on it. Just go straight to the manufacturer.
Just to add, I put a complaint in over a week ago, and I’ve had no response or acknowledgment. Terrible service.

Should have walked away initially…
Should have walked away initially rather than purchasing the vehicle. After my husband rang them he was assured that the vehicle was Audi used approved by the sales person on the end of the phone. So we arranged to make the journey to go see it. On arrival the vehicle was not prepared they threw water over it to try and get rid of muck. Still we took it out and it was the car for me based on it would be fully cleaned wheels sorted etc. 8 hours we spent there that day. On driving home a warning light came on to pull over due to all tyres having pressure loss. The car tried to drag me across the motorway. We contacted them the following day, for the person on the end of the phone to say it was a female driving yes. How very unprofessional. My husband had taken the car out afterwards and still it was doing the same to him.
They agreed to look at the car, they found the suspension needed replacing, they also said they would look into the licences the car needed that were not active(we were not made aware of these by the dealer prior to purchase) it took them days to provide a HPI report that they said they would email On the day of purchase. After sales was shocking particularly Katie Rhodes. Does not return calls, never appears to be at her desk. Does not seem to care that we spent a very large amount of money on a vehicle, she is rude, abrupt and has zero customer service skills. On repairing the vehicle she insisted that the courtesy car had to be back before we were able to physically get there which she was advised the earliest day we could get due to work shifts. I hen I advised I would reject the vehicle as still within the period she said that is for mechanical faults. Suspension is wear and tear. The fact I should not have been sold a vehicle that needed this doing does not seem to matter.
When we arrived to collect the car it was filthy, rubbish left inside my husband had asked if they could clean it for when we collected seen as the whole experience had been not great for me collecting a new car. They advised they would do. I would not buy anything from these people ever again. Avoid they don’t care once they have your money

If I could give zero stars I would aftercare absolutely disgusting my car has now been off the road for 2 weeks with no help whatsoever for transport I would avoid this place at all cost sales team brill cars and after sales rubbish, management are no help at all either
