Tailor Made Designs Ltd Reviews

Really easy process to order and once design was agreed the delivery was around a week.
Everyone I had contact with from start to finish was helpful, professional and polite highly recommended.

All progressed smoothly.

I contacted the company and had a response the same day. They were great, they dealt with everything, were quick and very good on price. The service from start to finish was fantastic!

What a wonderful company to deal with, can’t recommend them enough. They have been so helpful from the start including changes and amendments, communication has been great to ensure we got exactly what we needed. Manufacture and delivery was fast and quality was perfect. Thank you so much for such a great experience

From start to finish we were made to feel like the only customer Tailor made had to deal with .. sent drawings…within a day if not sooner Phillip had sent back specs costs and solutions …. Delivery time was booked bill was paid delivery was delivered exactly on point !!! In short if this company was to run for government this country would be a better place 😊😊 Thank you Phillip and crew it’s been a pleasure dealing with you with more projects to come .

Tailor Made Designs have done two projects for us. From start to finish they were fantastic, great communication between all parties & sorted any issues. The site was a school so they arrange deliveries around the schools operating hours with the drivers also being very helpful. Would happily use them again on a future projects.

From design to delivery to North Lincolnshire ,I was very impressed with the service and the price. The trusses were all as expected and fitted perfectly to my large garage project

Tailor Made Designs
Pozijoists & Roof Trusses
We have ordered from Tailor Made for about a decade. Pozijoists and Trusses for commercial and residential building projects.
Before that we use other market manufacturers.
Put simply Phillips team at Tailor Made have consistently delivered to site exactly what we want, on time and on budget.
In the atrophied UK construction world of limited skilled workers and capable supplier who just can, Tailor Made are an outstanding supplier.

Great price, speedy delivery with helpful driver.
Definitely would recommend and will use again.
Many thanks.

Although it was a small order, only 6 trusses. The Information given as to measuring the angles and proving them with the correct design was foolproof. I was kept updated at all times. The delivery was on time and the driver very helpful. Highly recommended.

Very professional, helpful and quick. The trusses were very accurate and the plans come laminated and well organised.

Easy to deal with. Very communicative. The you tube tutorial is great and tells you what you need to measure without all the flannel.
This is the second time we've used them to supply trusses and would definitely recommend them.

What a fantastic company to deal with. They’ve been so informative and committed to deliver a product on time. Only truss company we will use in the uk.

Simon was brilliant from start to finish.

I was in need of the joists to be made quickly and they were able to offer that to me without hesitation! Superb experience from start to finish. Excellent product and A1 customer service. Have just placed a further order for another project.

From initial contact, to delivery, it was a great service.
The technical team were on hand with any enquiries or advice we needed, and the delivery was quick, and on time.
I would definitely use them again for future projects.

So easy helpful.and accommodating from start to cometion for the trusses for the extension part of my project. With no hesitation i am returning for the rafters for the restoration side of my build . My builder was amazed by the service and from now on will be using you and 100% recommending yourselves to other tradesmen! Be in touch very soon!!

Taking on my building was a huge challenge. Tailormade took on my hand drawn measurements and vague description. Turning it into a work of art in under a day. From first enquiry where i had dozens of questions, through multiple iterations of design they didn't waiver once from a full commitment to deliver a first class service. Several design changes we're met with positive outlooks and the designer was able and willing to take onboard every minor detail. Great Quality and service. Onsite delivery was seamless. My roofer was delighted with the ease of building. Final product did everything we asked for at a competitive price. We will use again.
