I never was able to get any money at all from tapcheck. Wouldn't work for me. At all

Good and timely service when you need money instantly off your upcoming paycheck.

My experience was easy I feel the fee was reasonable I'm pleased.

The customer telephone service is prompt and efficient, the representatives are always polite and helpful.

Easy to communicate with & they always reply back friendly & courteous & explains everything thoroughly so you can understand.

I have not been able to update the app in three weeks. I need to be able to access transfers! So frustrating 😤

When the last minute comes and you have to wait for pay day to come and then it's too late....but knowing I'm working day after day I can depend on you to help when needing my pay to come on the day I need it at that moment. So for you to help me barrow from my check really helps.

It is very convenient to have access to a portion of my earnings within 24 hours of earning them. Those funds help in a pinch for gas or a meal at the beginning of the week.

Whenever I clock out for a shift the money is already on my tapcheck so it's very helpful when I need something immediately instead of waiting two weeks for my paycheck!.

I love this, it asks me to give a review after my account is deactivated and their AI is the absolute WORSE thing ever. This app is so bad that im taking my time making a review telling you it's bad.

As long as it doesn't suddenly mess up in any way possible and you don't need to use their horrible AI, then you're fine. If you like sitting on a ticking time bomb.

Their AI will bug out before you can even send a message. There is no human you can talk to. I checked.

It's also very common for your account to be suddenly deactivated for whatever reason. I spent HOURS trying to fix my account and finally gave up realizing there is no recourse.

The only reason you should use this is if you have no other option. There is Dave, daily pay, and other options as third party daily pay providers you can use for very low cost.

Do NOT use this garbage app.

Having the Tap Check feature has been beyond helpful...when unexpected things come up and you need a little extra money you can get an advance towards your paycheck easy. Thank you Tap Check!!!
