I completed the classic/Russian lash course. The course was easy to follow and any questions I had were answered! Thank you so much, I will definitely be using the other training courses soon!

​Tatti Lashes showed total negligence with my international order, which arrived with zero protection and appeared tampered with—completely unacceptable and dangerous for products used on sensitive eyes. The adhesive triggered a severe allergic reaction far worse than any other brand I have ever used. When I reported these safety issues, customer service was dismissive and gave me nothing but attitude. Even their replacement was poorly handled. This company clearly lacks accountability and uses a harsh, unsafe formula.

I completed the classic lash course with Tatti Lashes and I absolutely loved it! It was so nice to be able to do it at my own pace and the team was so helpful when contacted with any concerns I had. I highly recommend!

Was really hopeful for these but a total waste of money for me. Followed the instructions given and they didn't even last the night.

I have just completed my lash training course and I could not recommend it enough! I learnt a lot whilst also being able to balance home and work.
They were always helpful and the service has been 10/10.
The equipment you initially receive is perfect and beginner friendly. If you’re looking to up skill I’d highly recommend completing any of their online courses!

Pre glued...... Bad bad bad.
They will stay on a day. No longer. There are better brands and I will be returning to them

I’ve used tatti pre mades since 2019 when I first started lashing and they are my clients favourites! They look so neat and give the most gorgeous black eyeliner look. My favs are the 3D. The customer service is always great & delivery’s are fast. I never have stock issues either!

Ordered my cluster lashes in a last minute panic last night and they arrived today. I didn’t request quick postage that is just standard. Excellent lashes and glue and my cluster lashes look literally like Russians. Highly recommended

Pre glued lashes are very bad. Cost me about €20 with delivery and it would have been better offer throwing it in the bin! Worse than useless, won’t be returning to purchase anything

My experience was great as I wasn’t rushed to complete my training course which worked perfectly well with my busy work schedule. They pushed me to ensure I got the most and best I could out of the course. So worth the money! Prior to this course I payed for a classics in person training course which was more expensive than the tatti lashes course for both Russians and classics. Very worth the money. The videos were super helpful and you can look back over them whenever, therefore I think this online course is by far better than in person courses where u get little training time and less in depth information and technique tips. Highly recommend!

Customer service is extremely slow and painful .ordered lashes , payment came out , i had no confirmation email and no lashes . Trying to sort it out but do not have a contact number for them and thet rarely respond on the support chat . Comes across as customers do not matter . . . . Hi Sian i replied to your message on the support chat the other day , but havent heard anything back ? .

Amazing to train with tatti lashes and Sean was really good as a tutor. Very happy and passed within 2 weeks.

I had a minor issue with a product and reached out to customer service. They were super polite and willing to resolve my issue immediately!

If you are from the US please be mindful of shipping with this company. I purchased an order about 6 months ago and paid $14 shipping for my products and now Fedex is requesting an additional $32 for shipping. At that rate I am paying more for shipping than the actual lashes. I purchased with this company years ago and that never happened so this may be something new that customers should be aware of before purchasing.

Spoke with Sian on customer service regarding my order not arriving, she was amazing, within two minutes she had checked the tracking and confirmed it was more than likely lost in transit and another was being sent out for me! Can't ask for better than that, thanks Sian!

I recently reviews these pre glued lashes as 3 star based on how long they lasted, by the next morning they were stuck to my face and came off easily, I was sent some more as the company said this wasn’t their usual standard and this is completely true. I tried the new ones they sent and I’m on day 4 and have only had to replace one, the rest look as good as the day I applied! So I have had to review again to give the 5 star it deserves! Fantastic customer service!

I had an issue with the bond, hence the 4 ⭐ review, however this was solved in a prompt, friendly manner. New bond was sent the next day. Will continue to use and recommend Tatti Lashes ☺️

Ordered on the 17th..now 23rd..hardly any response..asked for refund..no answer so will be getting advise as this is disgusting customer service!!
