Working with Josh made everything simple and a smooth process

I used TaxLogik for a tax rebate claim which has ultimately left me owing HMRC approximately £3,400 instead of receiving a refund.

The claims submitted were substantial, including thousands of pounds in mileage and expenses, yet no supporting evidence such as logs or receipts had been established. Unsurprisingly, HMRC rejected the claims in full.

I relied on their professional guidance and would not expect claims of this scale to be submitted without proper verification or clear evidence requirements being in place. In practice, the claims were not realistic or supportable.

Although risks were referenced, they were not communicated in a way that reflected the genuine likelihood of rejection or the financial impact of a full reversal.

I would strongly advise anyone considering using this company to stay well away. The process may seem simple, but without proper evidence you could end up significantly worse off, as I have.

Michelle was absolutely brilliant all the way through getting my tax rebate back, would definitely recommend her, she kept me update all the way through getting the money.

Josh was happy to answer all my questions and helped me through everything as I'm not very tech savvy

My accountant Josh, had originally called to give me a quote for the tax refund we discussed everything without feeling guilty or stupid he helped me with absolutely everything I can’t thank him enough so professional but also felt like working with a long distance friend that we had never seen each other in years! £2700 I got it’s paid for my deposit for my wedding! From start to finish it was one month and I was paid out at midnight as Josh had already said very informative I messaged him a few times and always got a response, he’s an asset to tax logic looking forward to working with him in the future

Both Michelle and Michael were very helpful they explained everything crystal clear, and the payment was exactly what they said it would be and it was put into the bank on the date that was specified, fantastic.
