Amazing customer service, as always from Malcom, 2nd car with ford, I’ve had absolutely no problems what so ever, always been smooth sailing

I spoke to Steve(Sales) and organised for my wife to view a car at TC Harrison(Spalding) this was all handled with ease. He was pleasant and answered all questions I could throw at him. I paid a deposit to hold the car until my wife could get there in a few days time to test drive the car. We went ahead and purchased the car, again, this was all very simple, with help from Tom(Finance).
The car was delivered a week later to home after they had valeted and treated the interior with Diamond Brite products. The rest of the product kit was in the back of the car in a material zip bag. In the next couple of hours one of the upholstery cans exploded and caused damage to the roof lining and steering wheel. I sent photos to Steve and explained what had happened. Steve and his manager, Shaun, called me to talk it through. They or I had never experienced something like this. They arranged to collect the car, repair the damage and replace the diamond brite product kit. Excellent service!! Thanks to the team for a great experience with the purchase and for resolving an issue which could have taken the shine off buying a new car.
I’d definitely purchase another car with them in the future.

My new Mustang is my baby and my experience couldn’t have been better with Maria. She is fantastic and made the whole ordeal feel easy. 10/10 5 stars for Maria

Originally we were not thinking about leasing another car, we just wanted to see what our options were as our current car was in negative equity. An electric car was not even on my mind as a next purchase, but our salesman Adrian Jones crunched all the numbers and an electric car was far the better option. After an initial test drive we put a deposit down and throughout the process of ordering to receiving our new car, Adrian kept us informed 100% of the way. He even organised the electric car charger for us as well. As a new automatic driver I was able to go back as many times as I wanted to test drive an automatic electric Puma Gen-E to get used to it before mine arrived. Nothing was a problem or burden to Adrian, and when I had questions to ask he was always a phone call or email away. I would definitely purchase again from Adrian as he made the process of buying a new car from him great and effortless. No hard salesman talk, just simple and easy to understand. 10/10

Jethro who sold me the car was great, genuinely friendly and easy to talk to,he was very helpful and patient.The whole process was quick and easy and he just sorted everything,as a retired driving instructor I have purchased many cars in thirty six years and met some pushy uninterested sales people, but Jethro was the very best young man I have dealt with.I am very impressed with him and TC Harrison well done.

I might be writing a better review were it not for the poor customer service offered by the salesman at the used car office in Derby.
I am happy with the car I purchased but I needed help over a couple of matters both before I took the car and afterwards. The telephone system at the Derby branch seems impenetrable and I only managed to get through once. The salesman told me to email, rather than phone, as he always replies. Well I emailed him twice and he failed to reply on both occasions. In the scheme of things no big deal I suppose. However, when the only tool I had to make my enquiries is ignored by the salesman then I am left frustrated and with a poor impression of the company.

Over the telephone and in person the staff were very helpful, knowledgeable and efficient.

Excellent communication, very helpful and patient friendly service. Made the whole experience pleasant.

The salesman who spoke to us listened to what we wanted to buy and clearly explained our options. He worked hard to make the deal right for us and himself. This had not been our experience elsewhere.

I have recently purchased a new Ford Puma from TCH. The service from sales staff was, as usual, from beginning to end excellent. As soon as I had ordered the new car I was kept informed from when it left the production line up until I collected it from the showroom. I have been a TCH customer for many years and as usual the whole process was easy adding to the pleasure of acquiring a new car.

Great buying experience, Luke and Josh looked after us and found us the perfect car. Loved that they were not pushy.
