I hadn’t purchased a new car for 25 years and was unfamiliar with the new technology. I was provided with valuable information and advice enabling me to operate all the new fangle controls.

All dealt with very professionally. Helpful, courteous, did all they could to make buying the car easy and painless. Did not have a concern about the reliability or quality of the car and if anything did happen i believe they will step up and fix it. Chris was helpful and always available to answer questions. We had been looking for a car for some time and had almost lost faith in the car sales trade after viewing cars that clearly hadn’t been presented at their best, alongside experiences with salesmen who were not particularly professional.

We weren’t expecting too much when we contacted TC Harrison Peterborough, but right from our first phone conversation with Ken, it became apparent that this was going to be a very different experience.

When we arrived, the whole experience felt professional. All the staff were friendly, polite and, most importantly, genuinely so.

Ken was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He immediately put us at ease and made the whole car-buying experience an enjoyable one from start to finish.

A big thank you to everyone at TC Harrison Peterborough, and especially to Ken, for making what can sometimes be a stressful experience such a pleasure.

This is about my 7th car purchased with Paul at TCH because of him knowing my requirements and engaging with my requests. Trust has built. I got to meet some new members of staff, who were a pleasure to deal with. I have been very lucky with my purchases.

The salesman, Matt was welcoming and friendly and ensured the vehicle I was interested in met my needs. I was initially disappointed with his quote for my part-exchange vehicle, however after some negotiation we agreed a fair deal.
I do think the car could have been prepared better, the inside of rear screen and side windows had a layer of that film which builds up on car glass after a time. Also the driver's display was all smeary and the interior trim at the base of the b posts had not been touched. The rear section of headlining had what looked like mud splashes all over it, possibly the previous owner had transported garden waste.
There was a build up of tree leaves in both scuttle drains under the bonnet which I would not expect to see as I assume the bonnet would have been opened to check fluid levels even though the car was not due for a service. I would expect them to have been cleared as part of the vehicle preparation.
Other than those niggles I am happy with my purchase and buying experience.

​Overall, I am very happy with the car itself, but the experience was let down by small details that seem to be driven by dealership policy rather than individual customer service. When spending £25,000 on a vehicle, you expect the basic finishing touches to be sorted.

​The Positives:
​Individual service: Ben was excellent and seemed to genuinely care about helping me get everything sorted.

​Finance handling: The dealership handled the third-party finance very well, especially since the broker was being a bit of a nightmare.

​Areas for Improvement:

​Fuel level: The car was handed over with only 9% fuel in the tank. When queried, I was told this is company policy. I’ve never experienced this before; standard practice elsewhere has always been at least a quarter tank.

​Vehicle preparation: Areas that we previously identified as needing buffing were ignored. I was told this was because it was raining on handover day, despite the dealership having a week's notice with plenty of dry weather beforehand.

​Lack of attention to detail: There was still sticker residue left on the wing mirror, and the tyre pressures were wildly low upon collection.

​Listing accuracy: The vehicle tax was listed incorrectly on the dealer's website.

​Deposit refund: The refund was delayed for over a week. The business even acknowledged that their own system is slower than AutoTrader at returning money.

​In short, it is a lovely car and Ben was a great help, but the dealership as a whole needs to review its vehicle preparation standards and handover policies

Because I trust in ford motors. They are a reliable company and they are British.
I love the puma’s car. They are a great car to drive. I will always have a puma car.
