For many years I have chosen T C Harrison Ford for my Motability Scheme vehicle. This time I made an appointment to discuss the vehicles available, and the 'motability specialist' that I dealt with was very helpful with his advice, and guidance. Martyn was very professional, and friendly throughout!

Excellent service as usual from Ken and everyone involved

We always have a great experience at T C Harrisons. Especially Adrian who always goes above and beyond to ensure the service is friendly, quick and painless.
We wouldn't want to deal with anyone else.

I had a very pleasant experience buying my Ford Kuga from the Peterborough branch.
Ken was very welcoming both over the phone and in person, he didn't pressure sell anything and listened to what my needs and requirements were.
If I asked any questions they were answered accurately and promptly.
He ensured the car was in the expected condition for collection and that the sale went through smoothly with no issues.
His colleague also made sure collection went smoothly and quickly.

Great customer service , David Groves at TCH Derby takes good care of his customers , & I love the car

I recently purchased an OMODA 5 and was looked after by Kevin. He made the whole experience enjoyable from start to finish.

As this was my first time buying a brand new car, there were many questions but he had the answers to all of them and answered within hours each time.

Kevin is a credit to the team and the company and the whole team at Omoda/Jaecoo were fantastic.

Thank you Kevin for your support and kindness throughout and I am over the moon with my new car.

George was very helpful, explaining the process and finding my car.
Allowing me time to test drive a car and considering the options.
