We recently moved house and used TCW Removals Limited, and I’m so glad we did.

Charlotte, who handles the admin side, was amazing from the start—super organised, really clear communication, and just genuinely thoughtful and reassuring throughout what can be a pretty stressful process.

On the day, Theo led the team and everything felt in really safe hands. They worked hard, kept things moving, and were friendly and positive the whole time. You can really tell it’s a family-run, local business—they actually care.

What stood out most was how helpful and accommodating they were when little things cropped up, and how calmly they handled the unexpected. It made a big difference knowing they were so professional and solution-focused.

All in all, a really great experience. Would absolutely recommend them if you’re looking for a reliable and genuinely nice removals team.

Another fab move by TCW REMOVALS. Punctual, professional and polite. Encouraged to not lift a finger, couldn’t ask for much more! Efficient and quick assembly of furniture was a huge help on the day.

What an amazing professional company. Their service from placing a delivery date to moving our home. So professional all are items were treated with respect they moved our furniture with care and placed them in our new home where we needed them to be. The drivers were so helpful couldnt do enough for us. We had to keep changing the origional moving dates and they accomodated by moving the dates with no problem. If you need a removal firm that cares about their customers this is the company you will want to use. Very budget friendly. Charlotte and Theo were great from start to finish with my long distance move (Leicestershire to Burnley). They provided quotes quickly, excellent communication and were reliable to their word, careful and thorough throughout. Nothing was damaged and nothing was too much trouble, making an otherwise stressful move a seamless and straightforward one. I can't recommend them enough!

A huge thank you to Theo and Ryan (aka Brian!) from TCW Removals who handled our office move brilliantly! Not only did they dismantle and reassemble all the furniture perfectly, but they did it with incredible patience and professionalism throughout.

What really stood out was how they took the time to understand our vision and make sure everything was set up exactly the way we needed it. Nothing was too much trouble and their attention to detail was outstanding.

We had, what I considered, a complicated move involving 400+ miles over 2 days.
From my first meeting with Charlotte a very smooth move began, perfectly organised to meet our needs. Everything was possible and nothing too much trouble. Theo and Ryan, despite parking challenges, had everything under control in a friendly yet professional manner.
Every item arrived at its designated destination in the same condition it left the original address.
The move was a very emotional one for our family and TCW made it so easy. They’re great people and I will not hesitate to employ them again, and recommend them to anyone else. They are a small company with a bespoke service, competitive pricing and great attitude. They can be very proud.

I have got to say Matt and Ryan moved me yesterday I was in a one bedroom flat upstairs and these lads never stop they worked amazing and as im disabled they couldn't do enough to help me and make my move stress free thank you guys would recommend this company 100% x

Would highly recommend TCW Removals! Had a garden full of rubbish/old shed and Theo cleared it all out for us quickly and efficiently, he went as far as sweeping up all the garden! Really happy with the service and definitely would use TCW Removals again. Thank you

Avoid, started out nice a professional, but soon turned the complete opposite. Rude, totally underestimated the job they had to do, meaning twice items where left behind at our old property which is totally unacceptable. Arrived worn out and annoyed and just dumped our items into the house, not in the correct rooms as labeled, inside items (clothing, toys) left in outdoor sheds and outdoor items put inside. Broke many of our items and dropped some, broke the skirting and marked the walls at our new home.. Our white sofa arrived black in all corners. The third visit made they arrived with angry faces and wouldn't even talk to us and just left without any communication (our new neighbour said she saw them buying illegal items from someone before they left aswell, which is outrageous!) do not give them your business, amateurs and don't know what they are doing.

I had a sensitive move under unusual circumstances. The admin team who dealt with my constant queries and date changes were incredibly patient, very efficient and often answered urgent queries on a Sunday, the day before the move.

The process was fast, understandable and very straightforward.

The move itself was fantastic. Nothing found to be damaged and the team made sure to ask questions about the sensitivity of the situation and offered reassurance. The guys who came were professional and friendly, communicated what they were doing and put things exactly where I asked, unless it was impossible to do so. They were respectful of our neighbours and worked incredibly hard as a team.

I literally cannot fault them. The move went flawlessly! On top of all that the price was very reasonable! I would not hesitate to recommend them highly. I've moved a lot and these guys are best I've found. If I move again, I will be returning.

We had an amazing experience with TCW Removals. Charlotte and Theo was great and made the experience stress free. The communication was prompt and clear from getting a quote to moving day. Theo and the team worked so hard in order to get us moved out by 1pm on moving day. I would highly recommend!

Communication with Charlotte was excellent. I felt really anxious about the actual moving day but there really was no need. The men were polite, so helpful and took great care of my furniture.

I had an excellent experience, for the second time, with TCW Removals when moving a sofa from Coalville, Leicestershire, to Wolverhampton, West Midlands. Theo and his team were friendly, efficient, and took great care of my belongings. They arrived on time and completed the job quickly and professionally. The communication throughout was clear and helpful. I would definitely use Charlotte & Theo at TCW Removals again and recommend them to others.

We cannot thank TCW enough for the moving service they provided for us moving house! They were extremely helpful in coming over to compete our inventory in person and again on the move day itself. They were able to take down and rebuild furniture that we would urgently need for our young children, as well as packing two of their vans full and helping securely wrap our TV and mirrors to get to the other side. The team were all brilliant, really friendly and careful with our furniture. We honestly couldn’t believe how easy they made moving house for us. Thank you again TCW removals!
