Team Educate have always gone out of their way to ensure that the work is fully flexible around my needs as i am a mum of 2 and need to schedule my time around my children's school hours, they have been brilliant and i have recommended them to all my friends.

Really enjoyed working with Jake, Sam and the team. Always quick to respond to messages, whether by email or text message. Always felt as if they were actively looking for work for me, whether short term placements or longer term.
Understood my requirements, as I cycle to work, didn't want to teach at schools where it would take me longer than 45 minutes each way, and to be a KS1 teacher. Whereas another agency tried to send me to places where it would take nearly 1 1/2 hours to drive too!

Was contacted by Sam ( top man) for some TA work as he saw my CV online . He put me into schools as and when I wanted and ensured I was well equipped for it. Any issues I had with schools, I went straight to Sam and he was right on it . Felt like having my personal agent . He eventually got me into a position where a school offered to take me on permanently. Couldn't fault them at all . Would highly recommend .

Working for Team Educate has been an absolute pleasure. Jake and Sam, the company's director and primary consultant, cannot do enough for their staff and their clients. They are friendly and take care to look after teacher wellbeing, they are accepting and considerate about teacher availability, and they have been really supportive of me, my own goals and my teaching career. They work hard to give plenty of notice of assignments to schools and supply teachers, and they have brilliant communication with their staff. As previously mentioned, I have loved working for Team Educate and would definitely work for them again!
