Great customer service

I haven’t received my order yet - it is still in transit, but customer service has been great. My order was lost in transit and customer service was quick to respond to my emails, and quickly reshipped when the courier confirmed it was lost.
I’m sure the shirts will be great when they arrive.

STILL TOO SMALL!😡

I just got this shirt in a 2XL today; however, it was not true to size and it was very uncomfortable!

After reviewing your order, it does appear the correct item/size was sent. That said, we didn’t receive a message from you about the fit issue prior to this review. If you ever run into something like this, we always encourage reaching out directly (email or chat) with a quick note and a couple photos showing the garment measurements. That helps us review the situation quickly and offer the best solution.

Since this is your first order with us, we also want to mention that some of our styles/variants can fit a bit differently depending on the product and our brand’s sizing. Checking the size chart (and reaching out with questions before ordering) can really help, and our team is always happy to guide you.

Difficult website

I order from my phone and the website was hard to navigate i couldn't get to my cart without adding something, hard to edit what I did put in my cart as I had to start from the beginning then get to what I needed, then i had to delete the extra.

Good youth sizes

I ordered a youth medium and it was a little bigger than expected. But this was good since it means my son won’t outgrow it too fast.

First order was wrong.

First order was wrong.
Ii was made to return it in which I had to pay 11.00 dollars to do, and then wait for a refund where I do not get the money back for the shipping I paid for..
This is just bad customer service.
Not pleased and I highly doubt I will make future purchases or recommend to friends.

Your original order was placed for a size Small, and that is exactly what was printed and shipped. The order details and confirmation email both reflect that selection. The following day, a second order was placed for the same item in size XL, which appears to be the size you intended to purchase.

We did not receive any message from you stating that the original order was placed in error. When you reached out, we provided instructions to return the first item for a refund.

To clarify our policy:
- If an incorrect item is sent due to our mistake, a full refund will be processed.
- If a customer wishes to return/exchange an item due to personal selection (such as size), the return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility.

Even though we do not typically offer size exchanges due to the nature of our products, we made an exception and guided you through the return process so you could receive a refund.
