Appalling service. Ordered a part in December and as of 1st March still didn’t receive it. Never once provided any kind of update; I had to do all of the chasing and they came up with every excuse you can imagine. Wouldn’t deal with them again.

Gummy Bears in the brochure had me lol. You guys are legends. Product even better then expected and fast shipping. Thank you!

Quality products, with even better customer service, a part I ordered had a scratch and without hesitation they took it back and replaced the part with next day delivery, could not have asked for a better experience l.

Parts easy to order and quick delivery so great service

Updated:- my partner had to travel an hour and a half to and 2 hours home due to traffic to collect half of the order which was one part and get a refund for the second part due to the lack of contact and unavailability through calls.
Since collecting the part I’ve since had a call back and 2 emails.

Constant phone calls to them when they feel like answering the phone… sent an email no reply… they won’t help to check the tracking or give me any tracking I ordered beginning of November last year and still no part! I see the company has taken the time to reply to people on here but not to any correspondence I’ve sent!

Great guys, always reply straight away, delivery is great. If you need a special order they can help. I’ve been using them for years

I will not put 1 star because it's not directly Tegiwa's fault, but my order is stuck in australia by UPS since 10 days and no solution are provided by Tegiwa. They don't even contact UPS to know the problem.
I have not received my order at this day.
I can see I'm the only one in this case, if you have to order from overseas, try elsewhere.

Not a big issue just a little frustrating

Most items say or 3-10 working days or there in stock and then once you’ve ordered them it turns out there not in stock for a while , this then turns into two weeks which then turns into 3 phones calls ,two emails and constantly being led for 3+months , this has happened to me more than once

Even now Im still waiting for stuff to be dispatched from November, so over all products are great! when you receive them, the staff are really friendly just wish they wouldn’t forget about the orders and keep on top of what’s due to go out and don’t have to be reminded by the customer

Wasn't a very big order but got here quickly.

I Couldn't get hold of these sparco centre caps anywhere, I asked tegiwa and it they sorted it for me wasn't an expensive order but the customer service was spot on no order to small or too big 👍 thanks guys
