Ordered in the afternoon, TV arrived 7.30am next morning! Great delivery and service!

Ordered item Friday, got email on Monday to say not in stock, this for something I needed urgently and would have in my possession now if I had gone to a company that actually knows what stock it has.

When delivering my iPad case. Sender tekshop did not give me a courier( DHL ) .. that I could specify delivery. I wasn't in the house until after 4 and they kept attempting delivery at 11am. They required a signature from myself and I could not get the package diverted. DHL attempted to deliver every day for 3 days before they understood themselves with my writing on a note on the front door. I downloaded the app to try and adjust and due to sending requirements they just had to do as tekshop told them. Highly frustrating paying £6 for delivery. If I had known that I would have been stuck with a certain window of time I would have gotten delivery to work.

Was skeptical ordering from a new site that I hadn’t heard or used before and the fact the item normally sells for £530 and they sell for £450!

They allow credit card ordering, so protected- chanced it and upgraded to next day delivery and made the order on the 28-12-23 and it arrived by DHL on the 29-12-23 in a sealed Playseat box - couldn’t be happier!!

It’s now built and we had a Lads session last night and it was amazing!

Whilst out of stock on the main version of the item i wanted, they were super quick at offering alternative Gaming Seat, same model, different colour and even on Dec 22nd, Alex at tekshop247 went out of his way to arrange an immediate same day despatch to ensure next day delivery before Xmas. So, I ordered my speaker on a Saturday, on Monday morning, my husband changed his mind and asked me to cancel. I emailed their support and asked to cancel if the speaker hadn't been shipped. Very soon afterwards I received notification that the item had shipped, so I thought it was too late to cancel. Then an hour or so later, I got a cancellation message. I was now confused so I called their office. The chap I spoke to explained that they had managed to retrieve the shipment and therefore cancel it. He explained that my credit card company would be holding the funds until Tek247 claimed it, and as they wouldn't claim it, within a week, it should disappear from my pending transactions. That's exactly what happened. If I'd have listened to some of the reviews, I wouldn't have ordered from them as I thought they might be untrustworthy or a scam company. My experience was great and even though I didn't end up buying from them, all the signs were that this is a trustworthy and reputable company to deal with.
