Poor staff
The staff, were so rude dealt with two and it was like they were forced to be there. Customer service requires a smile and good attitude, good none of it. The bowling itself was fun, but our isle table was filthy, had the last players alcohol drinks left and packets of peanuts. Me and my family are none alcohol drinkers. It's put me off coming again!

Really easy to book online
Really easy to book online, several options to add food and games. Staff were great on arrival, very helpful and attentive. Food was great too and good value for money.

Great time had by all
We booked the bowling and meal deal. The bowling was great- area very clean. We ordered drinks through the qr code and they were brought over quickly. Iced coffee was ok but pricey at £4.35. Food was basic and burgers a bit dry but overall a good time had by all. Next time I won't order food.

We hadn’t visited for a while but decided to book 2 games for 3 people. I initially tried to book online but when my order could not be processed I telephoned and easily made the booking. I received text and email confirmation.
On the evening of the booking it was busy but there were plenty of parking spaces and we joined the line to check in. There were probably half a dozen families ahead for us in the queue but everyone was processed efficiently and we quickly made our way to the front where our Booking Reference was checked and we were advised of our Lane Number. The male staff member was friendly and professional. He radioed ahead to ensure there were no glasses left in our Lane booth and when we walked down to the Lane it was best and tidy with no bottles or glasses from previous users.
We had a great time and will definitely book again.

Nice Staff
Went to get a drink and the staff were very lovely! Also there was a table of guests being rude and shouting at the staff at the time and the staff remained calm and professional, kind the whole way through!

Not the best family experience
Bowling itself was ok but camera didnt work for bowlers so the children were disappointed they couldn't have their picture up. Plenty of lanes free yet had a party of 11 adults next to our family who were constantly swearing and because there was so many if them kept walking through our seating area.

not only did i have loads of fun
not only did i have loads of fun, the staff were all so helpful and friendly too! i was running a little late for one of the activities and when i called to let them know i was stuck in traffic, they were more than happy to push the time of the activity back until when we told them when we expected to arrive! laser tag was so fun, bowling was really good; the cocktails were beautiful too, overall it was a really positive experience!!

The lady who served us from getting us…
The lady who served us from getting us booked in, to getting us a drink was so friendly and polite. Really welcoming, really smiley and as much as that's how anyone would wish to be greeted, I know how difficult it can be to continually be that way with customers all day every day. She was just great and I'm only sorry I didn't get her name. When I put on a party with you last year for my little girl, the service was exactly the same, really friendly and just so welcoming. I think the tenpin bowl in Derby beats the Hollywood bowl in the city centre hands down for service with a smile and ppl looking like they actually want to help and serve you a drink.

We came with 43 girls for a social event. Everything was perfect. Staff were brilliant and couldn't do enough for us. Food and drink all arrived correctly and the whole night ran smoothly.
