Everything was great apart from the service at the bar. She was very slow too busy talking to other staff and not engaging with people waiting to be served.

Good evening out. Fairly priced drinks ans good. And good entertainment wether its bowling or arcade.

I recently visited Tenpin for a much-needed afternoon of entertainment, and I must say, the experience exceeded my expectations in almost every department. From the moment we walked through the doors, the atmosphere was vibrant and welcoming, striking that perfect balance between high-energy fun and a relaxed environment where you can actually enjoy a conversation between frames.
The booking process was the first thing that impressed me. I used the mobile app to secure our lane, and it was incredibly intuitive. It allowed me to see real-time availability, choose our preferred slot, and pay in advance, which meant we could bypass the main queue at the front desk and get straight to the action. For anyone who hates waiting around, this is a massive plus.
Upon arrival, the staff were friendly and efficient. They had our shoes ready and directed us to a lane that was clean and clearly well-maintained. Unlike some other bowling alleys I’ve visited in the past, the machinery here was flawless—no stuck pins or technical glitches to interrupt our game. The scoring system is also very modern and easy to read, adding a nice competitive edge to the session.
Between games, we sampled some of the food and drinks. The menu offers a great variety of classic bowling alley fare, but the quality was much higher than the standard "fast food" expectations. The burgers were juicy, and the sharing platters were generous and fresh. The bar area is also well-stocked with a good selection of soft drinks and alcoholic options, making it a great spot to hang out even if you aren’t bowling.
Overall, Tenpin provides a fantastic, rounded experience. Whether you are bringing the kids for a birthday treat or heading out with a group of friends for some evening competition, it delivers great value for money. The cleanliness, the modern technology, and the top-tier customer service make it my go-to choice for bowling. I’ll definitely be returning soon

Went for our friends birthday to do some bowling. When approaching the counter to pay the member of staff said she couldn’t split our payment because it would take too long and people was behind us.. we found this quite rude as we intended to split our payment and we felt rushed because there was someone behind us. Wasn’t customer service we expected at all.

So disappointed with the excape room and the customer service provided by the original member of staff, got refused access because no ID (even tho I am over 18 🤣🤣) but then he went and got his manager who was a lot more polite and respectful and understanding of the fact I physically don’t own ID and the fact I work full time and couldn’t just reschedule which is what the original guy was trying to force me to do, In the end got an hour worth of bowling as a substitute and offered a free game of pool after so thanks to the manager.

Bowling was great and good quick set up. Bar takes ridiculously long to get served because the bar staff chat to each other whilst taking two to pour a Guinness. Took us almost 20 minutes to get served and finally sit down to bowl. Which is crazy considering I was second in the queue. Great venue but need to have a meeting with your bar team about standards.

I visited with my partner for bowling and had a great time. The place was clean, and booking online was easy with a reasonable price including a cheeseburger and chips. We played one game, had lots of laughs, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely visit again.

Overall experience was great. Can’t argue with 50% off some drinks on a Tuesday night and super cheap tenpin bowling. 4 stars for a cheap night out on the wrong side of payday!!

Staff were great too!

Only downside was the classic burger I had which was pretty horrible. Had chewy,gristly,crunchy bits in it. It was a double patty but they were really thin. I’m not keen on burgers anyway but the choice was limited. Not expecting 5star for fast food, but it wasn’t very fast either. Fries were the only saving grace in that meal!

Ordered at the table using qr code, and impressed with bar service.

Overall would defo go back on a Tuesday with that sort of deal. But would avoid food in future. Hence the 4 stars

We popped in because it was so busy around the arena. Found somewhere to sit and service was very quick, drink brought to our table.

Really nice atmosphere, staff helpful, food could be slightly better but it's cheap and cheerful and good for kids standards. Lots of activities under one roof. Lots of offers. Will definitely go back again.

I go ten pin bowling every Wednesday morning with 3 of my friends and we have 2 games.
We get consetions so it's value for money for us.
We really enjoy ourselves alot and we are very competitive between ourselves.
We like the ambience of the bowling alley alot with flashing bright lights and disco music.

Lane i was in was clean food was brought in a timely manner
