Had a great experience here with my son and his friends.
Had a great experience here with my son and his friends. They did 2 games of bowling and the arcades and had a blast. Dropped one star due to a very rude staff member who slammed a tub of ice cream down in front of us and rolled her eyes when she realised she'd forgotten a spoon. By the time she finally came back with the spoon (a good 5 minutes later) the ice cream had already been eaten to which we received more rudeness and attitude from the employee. The parent did go and speak to a staff member about this and was promised a voucher of some sort for the children but it never arrived.

Great facilities but staff need more training
Facilities were great, we enjoyed the bowling and the soft play area. Staff member seemed unsure of offers and pricing and our drinks also took 25 minutes to arrive.
